The facilities and maintenance are in very poor condition. There’s a lot of rust, and stains on the furniture. My bathrobe was extremely worn out.

I really think the overall appearance needs a serious upgrade—it just doesn’t match today’s standards.

Johnny checked us in with a friendly welcome. Our rooms were excellent. Bed very comfortable. We took the option of eating at the restaurant Tocana’s. Don’t miss that opportunity. The food was 5 star!

Very friendly staff and great breakfast
The hotel is nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was super diverse and great. The pool was nice and we had a good time.

I did need the staff’s help in the middle of the night and there was literally no one at the reception and I received no help though I tried going down to the lobby, calling and texting. Nothing.

Beautiful Hotel!
This hotel was beautiful and the terrace was amazing. I loved the views and the people were safe and welcoming!

Hotel looks good from the building appearance but it has issues:
1, they do not provide toothpaste and brush.
2, the refrigerator makes noise each 20 or 30 minutes , when I was sleeping it made me wake up several times.
3, they have vacancy of rooms but arranged me one at the end. I told them to change one for me, they said this room is good cuz it’s close to shelter. However people hiding in shelter talked loudly and I cannot fall into sleep and I asked them to change me another one but they refused.

We had considerable debate over whether it was appropriate to embark on a family weekend in the north of Israel during this time of conflict. I must emphasize that not only was our decision an overwhelming success, but we also stayed at a hotel boasting the most breathtaking views in Nazareth, with service at the highest standard we have ever experienced. The food at both the Locanda restaurant and the Zafaran breakfast restaurant was outstanding. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist who welcomed us warmly and professionally, as well as the Locanda restaurant staff. A particular mention goes to Aala, the restaurant manager, Nirdin, our attentive waitress, and the shift manager, along with the entire team, who orchestrated an impeccable event for us. A heartfelt thank you to Hanin for organizing the rooms and to Rami, the hotel’s food and beverage manager, whose professionalism shone throughout. We could not have asked for a better experience.
