This is my first time to Israel. What a wonderful welcome received from the Mary’s Well Hotel. Very comfortable beds in clean and tidy rooms. Our experience was really bad because of the terrible smell in the hallways, on the way from the elevator to the room. The smell was strong, it made us really nauseous. It's a shame because the room was lovely, but the smell was so strong that we won't recommend the hotel to friends and we won't be staying there again. It's a shame. It ruined our vacation.

I stayed two nights with my wife for the marathon event. The hotel was fine not far from the race The service is fair and the staff are friendly. Our room floor was a bit sticky but the bathroom was clean enough. We missed breakfast due to the race but on the second day (whichis shabbat) the selection of foos is basic and adequate. Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat. Also, the Farm shop is open on Shabbat. The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel. However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that.

This buffet is unbelievable. You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast. The bourekas are out of this world.

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with good hygiene maintained on daily basis. Buffet breakfast is great with many options available. Staff is helpful and provides great service.

A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)

It was an absolutely highlight to our trip to Israel. Wonderful accommodations and attending and lovely staff. The pool was the best part for my 8 year old child. Good quality room. They upgraded us (free of charge) to a deluxe room. Good sized bathroom. A coffee/fridge area separate from a long table-desk area. Good night's sleep - comfy beds. The most amazing breakfast experience. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.
