Our experience was really bad because of the terrible smell in the hallways, on the way from the elevator to the room. The smell was strong, it made us really nauseous. It's a shame because the room was lovely, but the smell was so strong that we won't recommend the hotel to friends and we won't be staying there again. It's a shame. It ruined our vacation.

I stayed two nights with my wife for the marathon event. The hotel was fine not far from the race The service is fair and the staff are friendly. Our room floor was a bit sticky but the bathroom was clean enough. We missed breakfast due to the race but on the second day (whichis shabbat) the selection of foos is basic and adequate. No fresh pastries bread and espresso on Saturday. All in all we got...

The food, kitchen staff is awesome! They have a private space for prayer and everyone is respectful. It's a place you can be yourself and others respect your choices.

This buffet is unbelievable. You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast. The bourekas are out of this world.

Overall it was fun and relaxing... The pool area was great, not enough shading options but it's fine. The food was average quality, not fancy... To fix - beds, pillows, all the doors to guest rooms, elevators are from last century?? Will come back though...

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with good hygiene maintained on daily basis. Buffet breakfast is great with many options available. Staff is helpful and provides great service.

A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. The pool looks nice (though we did not have a chance to use). The gym has 2 elliptical, one treadmill, a weight machine and a few free weights. Staff is helpful.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast The hotel is nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was super diverse and great. The pool was nice and we had a good time. I did need the staff’s help in the middle of the night and there was literally no one at the reception and I received no help though I tried going down to the lobby, calling and texting. Nothing.

It was an absolutely highlight to our trip to Israel. Wonderful accommodations and attending and lovely staff. The pool was the best part for my 8 year old child. Don't let me start on the food - we received free breakfast and lunch and it was excellent. Lots of great options. Very friendly staff, received lots of extras, just spontaneously. An extra, free, lunch, chocolates and fruits in the room, soft drinks with our supper, and even cold water for our trip back home. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa with experienced staff, only the jacuzzi was missing.

There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat. Also, the Farm shop is open on Shabbat. The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel. However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that.

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

The hotel have big problem treating disabled parking. The hotel prefer the privileged!! causing the disabled park far away (in my case I had to walk 200 meters in 40 degrees c). It is especially disappointing because the room and the food is quite OK.

I can't give my opinion about the rooms because I just went there for dinner. However, I can tell that Uny's attention at the reception was excelent. At the restaurant, the attention was great too and the food very delicious with plenty of options to choose from. It is worthy to make your own opinion yourself.

It's hassle free boutique hotel. The Hotel staff did their best to provide with superior experience. The hotel exterior amazing and unique. As a couple, we spend a day in this Hotel and specially in the Spa , we had the chance to use all the facilities there, its a very nice place , the breakfast was good and tasty , The staff is very friendly, accept the guy that works as a lifeguard at the pool , he was impolite to me , the way he talks to the guests there , as he asked the to collect their towels, i hope this will be treated.

Great location to stay with a nice view . The hotel is okay not so spacious in a double room . Buffet breakfast and the St Peter's fish was good for dinner . The corridor has a nice view and there is a swimming pool where you can use it .

Very basic hotel, the noise from the corridor got into the room since the door was far from sound proof. The fire alarm was triggered 6 times in our short stay and woke us up in the middle of the night.
