Hotel Botanica- Limited Edition by Fattal in Haifa

We came to celebrate a birthday. Daniel at the reception was so kind and patient, great English skills and very professional, he also helped us call restaurants to check for availability and suggested different places when everything was booked. Jonathan came to help and made us feel so welcomed. Michal took us to the room and was so thorough with explanations and patience. Our room was the last room of the corridor (room 355) with the perfect view day and night of the Bahai gardens. The room was clean and spacious with shampoos and toiletries which had the best scent and high quality. We felt taken care of even though the hotel was almost full. Breakfast can only be described as a culinary festival for the pallet, high end fresh products, tasty cooking and absolutely delicious. Orian who was in the dinning hall staff made sure my birthday friend got a mimosa and clean everything on our table so we could bring more.
The whole staff was highly professional and kind, always smiling, Jonathan and Daniel gave us the feeling we could ask anything and be answered professionally. I highly recommend this hotel because of all the listed above. Thanks to all the staff we felt welcomed and cared for. I hope to visit again soon

Nice hotel but has some issues. When I got there, I asked for a quiet room. Instead they gave me a room by the service elevaor over a patio. Further the room had a strange aroma. When I complained they gave me a better room which smelled much better. I heard from someone also travelling solo who had similar experience. The new room was good. The bed very comfortable. Large tv. The shower was miniscule. No place to hang a towel. No water in the room which is a common courtesy. Small selection of coffee and no biscuits or chocolate. No turn down service. Even away from the elevator noise by passerbyers woke me up. But design of the room well done.

A wonderful hotel you'll want to come back to. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A lovely touch is the L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom.
The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the Bahai Gardens.
Breakfast deserves a special mention: delicious and wonderfully diverse, with a great selection of dishes. The staff were outstanding, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they truly care about making guests feel at home.
Make sure to visit Terrace, the hotel's restaurant. It has a lovely atmosphere and great food.

Wonderful hotel, perfect room with a great view at the Bahai temple. The breakfast was exceptional - wow! Unfortunately the pool closed already at 6 pm, a little longer would have been great.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Botanica Hotel in Haifa for a full week, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is brand new, and it truly shows — everything is exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, from the common areas to the rooms themselves.

The staff deserve special mention. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure my stay was comfortable.

One of the highlights of this hotel is the balcony view. The view overlooking the Bahá’í Gardens is simply breathtaking — without a doubt the best view among all the nearby hotels. Waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable.

The location is another major advantage. The hotel has easy access to everything, with perfect walking distance to major points of interest. There are many excellent restaurants just steps away, and the Bahá’í Gardens are extremely close, making sightseeing effortless.

Overall, the Botanica Hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, an unbeatable view, and an ideal location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Haifa and would happily stay there again.

Beautiful architecture and design, friendly staff, great breakfast.

First the good:
1. No children allowed
2. The rooms are very large and spacious.
They are also clean, well designed and accommodating.
3. The hotel restaurant is very good, diverse, and tastes great.
4. The ppl in the service are very nice and accommodating.
5. The view is wonderful, and the hotel provides a great view into the beautiful Bahai garden.
6. The location also provides great access to other attractions in Haifa.
7. The hotel proves many activities which are pretty good .

The bad:

1. There is no proper parking. The parking lot is an additional 45nis per day.
2. There is no proper full- body mirror, despite the fact there is plenty of space in the room to place one
3.The hotel was almost fully booked, and during breakfast the restaurant feels very crowded and noisy.
4. The spa has only wet and dry saunas, and the wet sauna didn't function properly.
5. The pool is very small, and when we were there, it was also packed with visitors.

Very nice hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was pretty and clean. The only thing we didn't like is that in the double bed there were 2 seperate mattresses.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, i love it as its a very quiet, well located hotel, adults only. The only downside for me this time was that on the second floor, there was no air condition in the corridors and it felt very hot. In our bed room there was no separation from the bathroom to the room. I prefer the wall separation. Otherwise wonderful hotel with great breakfast and staff are always helpful.
