Location: 60 km from Ovda airport, 2 km from the airport of Eilat, in the Northern part of Eilat.

Consists of one 6-storey building.

The hotel has 301 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to public beach, 70 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – for a fee. The length of the beach 200 m.

When checking into the hotel will collect a Deposit, about$ 150 a week.

We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable....

Very disappointing experience. During our stay, we encountered serious hygiene issues in the room: two cockroaches inside the electric kettle, and dirty cups with visible lipstick residue, indicating the equipment had not been properly cleaned between guests. This is unacceptable in a hotel of this level, especially when staying with a baby. To be fair, the hotel upgraded us to a room with a balcony to celebrate a birthday, which was a nice gesture. However, an upgrade cannot and should not compensate for basic hygiene and sanitation failures. The duty manager came to the room, saw and documented the findings, and the items were replaced. Unfortunately, the subsequent handling by hotel and chain management was bureaucratic and defensive, and the compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the incident or the impact on our stay. A hotel is expected to guarantee cleanliness, hygiene, and guest safety first and foremost. In this case, the failure was in the most basic aspects, and the follow-up only deepened the disappointment.

A few thoughts...

Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels.

There could be something done in the main lobby area to reduce the noise. During check-in on a busy day the noise level is very high, likely due to the high number o hard surfaces in the lobby. It would be nice to see more soft surfaces to absorb sound rather than reflect it.

Now, with that said, our experience at Leonardo Plaza in Eilat was once again excellent. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. The food was amazing. We will continue to return for our annual vacation as long as it's possible - the place represents a great value for the money we spent and we're already looking forward to next year.

We had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect -- from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast and dinner, shabat menyu was very tasty. Disappointing Stay Due to Mismatched Information and Poor Service I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The information provided before booking did not match the reality at all. For example, the pool closing time was different than advertised, and I was asked to leave the pool earlier than expected. The gym was shown as a free facility, but it turned out there was an extra charge to use it, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast was lacking - there were no cereal plates available, which seemed like a small but important detail overlooked. Overall, the service felt unorganized and inconsistent. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve guest experience in the future.

Enjoyed the hotel room very cooperative and polite staff. Located in a good place on the main walking riviera of Eilat with pool and exit to the beach. Dining room quite with good food.will come back soon.we are here with few friends first time.
