The hotel is situated opposite the famous Eilat's underwater Observatory and the coral reef which is considered one of the largest and most beautiful reefs of the red sea. Location: 60 km from Ovda airport, 7 km from the airport of Eilat, in the southern part of Eilat.

Consists of three 6-storey buildings.

The hotel has 247 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach only 100 m from the hotel, on the second coastal line. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, towels, chairs, mattresses – free. The length of the beach – 250 m.

On the hotel territory: restaurant, bar, conference hall (220 persons), 1 outdoor pool, SPA, Laundry, elevators, email service

We have now stayed at the Yam Suf many times and we still feel it is a fabulous experience. We had a pool facing room on the 6th floor. Great balcony for sunning or drying clothes. The hotel is kept spotless and has been kept in great shape. All food was amazing- the breakfast and the food we ordered in the bar area. Shout out to Shlomo for his good recommendations and his eagerness to help. The pools are great and you have access to a beach on the Red Sea just across the road. There is s synagogue on-site and I was able to pray with a minyan most of the 5 days.

The whole experience is badly let down by the substandard breakfast buffet, which is by far the worst of any Isrotel hotel. The dining room is cramped, overcrowded, and loud. The staff are slow. I waited ten minutes for milk, 15 for porridge oats, and the same for pastries. There's no croissants, and the selection of food in general is far lower than I expect from the chain. I was made to feel bad by the dining room manager for getting upset that I couldn't find anything to eat.

Very good hotel overall, with nice and spacious rooms. However, the shower door could not be properly closed and leaked badly. Every shower flooded the bathroom. The hotel bar is pleasant and the drinks are good, but the staff are extremely slow to take orders (not to serve them). Priority seems to be given to pretty blondes and to guests who push their way forward, while others are completely ignored. I left several times out of frustration after waiting more than 15 minutes without even being acknowledged.

Nice hotel, not super fancy which is a plus, was my crowded during the week and good over the weekend.
Beautiful pool, great breakfast and walk to a designated beach.

Isrotel Yam Suf is warm, welcoming, and made my birthday unforgettable this time!חוויה מושלמת מהחיים. אירוח 10! "How do you know this is the place to spend your vacation? For me, the answer is simple , I’ve been coming to Isrotel Yam Suf for 19 years, even before I was married, and I keep returning! This place never stops surprising me – this time they went above and beyond . There’s something special here – a warm feeling, like being invited to someone’s home where they genuinely wish you to have the best time. I absolutely love this place and can’t recommend it enough!"

Location is great. Not in central which we prefer. Closer to the great beaches and dive centers. Rooms are good value. Food is good. We did the breakfast which is way too crowded but good. Service - they try and you feel it that the are trying. They care. Not always successful though.

Our stay started off with a disappointing experience, but from the moment the hotel staff became aware of it, we were treated with immediate attention, care, and professionalism. Everything was handled promptly, and the compensation we received was fair and truly appreciated. We would like to give special thanks to Gili and Elad at the reception for their patience, attentiveness, and outstanding service. A big thank you also goes to Meir and Osnat, who went above and beyond by checking in with us daily , and not just us! but with every guest around the pool, in a warm, personal, and genuinely caring way. It’s clear that this team truly cares about the guests. Although we stayed from Sunday to Thursday, we genuinely wanted to extend our vacation into the weekend, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. That said, we’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for turning our stay into a great experience. Sincerely, Sagi
