Good Location, Adequate Facilities, Poor Service

Great location about 1 km from the beach, overlooking the harbor and within easy walking distance of tourist areas.
Rooms & Property:
Rooms are dated and show noticeable wear, but are fine for short stays. Public areas are bright, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and well organized.
Service:
Service was the biggest disappointment. No curbside assistance upon arrival and security made no effort to acknowledge or help. Check-in was unfriendly and disengaged. Our room wasn’t ready and luggage storage was handled poorly — bags were left in an open, unsecured room with no staff oversight. Front desk interactions remained unhelpful throughout our stay, lacking even basic courtesies.
Overall:
Good location and acceptable accommodations, but service did not meet expectations. Would not choose to stay here again.

U Magic Palace is located in a central place in Eilat. We travel to Eilat at least twice a year, but that was our first stay at this hotel. The reception was efficient and welcoming, especially Ismeralda, who was great. The rooms were quite comfortabl, nothing overly fancy, but definitely pleasant and cozy enough. Breakfast wad absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. I also must mention Shay, who is in charge of the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, the U Magic Palace offered a lovely experience, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Eilat.

The room was full of smoke due to the careless attitude of the management. Half of the floor are smoking. Nobody tells them to stop!!! How is it possible?who wants to spend time in such atmosphere? The stuff was helping. The room is good but the smell of the cigarette together with the too much lauded music from the pool makes the hotel look cheap. Sorry..!

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas.
Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc.
Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

Very disappointed Bed experience for family vacation. Rooms without terraces. The rooms in bad condition and poor maintenance. The towels smell bad, the linen sheets are full of hair( not ours). No feedback or comments from the reception The food is below the average (compared to the high price of the stay). No ice in the pool , I had to get some ice by my self with my two years toddler in 45 Celsius! Defiantly last time here and Fatal hotels. Better to pay more and enjoy real vacation in Isrotel hotels.

the experience in the hotel was amazing starting from the reception the rooms and the food . Everyone from the Hotel team what to assist and support and make your vacation amazing. Low level hotel
I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Rooms are very outdated and not renovated. There are not even any electrical outlets available. Old furniture Breakfast is a reasonable level and nothing more. I do not recommend this hotel. I was really disappointed. It is better to add 40 dollars more and sleep in a more advanced hotel.

מלון מפנק עשר דקות הליכה מהטיילת ,ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונות וטעימה צוות המלון אדיב שידרגו לנו את החדר מכיוון שקיבלנו אותו מאוחר ,A pampering hotel ten minutes walk from the boardwalk, a good and varied and tasty breakfast, the hotel staff is kind, they upgraded our room because we got it late

Loved it. Clean rooms, great service and the most amazing breakfast. We have an allergic kid, and the chef was so kind and handled it in the most attentive and responsible way. We will certainly come back.
