The hotel is very well situated and the staff can’t do enough to help. The food was excellent and the spa and wellness area was very welcome after a hard days skiing.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Ideally placed for ski bus (second pick-up on route and 2 minutes from ski room). Be aware that the skibus runs from the hotel to the 2 closest ski bases in the morning only and in the reverse direction in the afternoon only. There are other buses available but not to the hotel door - be sure to ask at reception for a guest pass for free travel. Good quality dining...

Our overall experience was excellent. To a person, we found the staff to be most friendly and willing to help. Our room was most pleasant with wonderful views. The restaurant exceeded our expectations for both breakfast and dinner. We hardly recommend this whole wonderful hotel.

This is one of the better ski hotels I have stayed in and everything from the rooms to the amenities to the food & drinks to the staff was top notch! Rooms - the rooms were comfortable and ours had a balcony overlooking the mountains ensuring every morning you wake up to a great view. Situated in a beautiful town nearby all tourist spots.

A luxury treat on our trekking vacation. The room was immaculate with a huge covered deck, kitchen, sitting area, bedroom with a soaking tub and a well appointed bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast and afternoon snacks were great. Coffee always included espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.

Great dinner with such a variety of appetizers and salads and good choice for the main course and unbelievable breakfast buffet. Everything from the owner, to his wife and son and the ladies working at the restaurant were doing everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. Excellent hospitality, adequate room for 4 people, excellent half board service. Adequate spa in place. Silent. Great courtesy. Excellent location: walking distance to the train station, the ski lift and the center. Parking provided along the road which however has no exit and therefore very quiet.

Me and my parents stayed here in September with half-board condition. It was near Tre Cime in car distance and in a quiet place. Breakfast had various kinds of food and the taste was also good. You can also use sauna if only staying over two nights. And the personnels were kind and freindly, so we didn’t have any discomfort or problems. The only flaw was their shower booth. We spent a week as a family in this hotel. The latter is located in a strategic and very quiet position in San Candido, perfectly connected to the area ski resorts. Comfortable and very clean environment, friendly staff, in particular Francesca and Irgo. Excellent and plentiful food. Spotlessly clean rooms. We will definitely be back next year.
