10/10 The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive! The facility itself and the spa and the amenities are wonderful and all you need is there! The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Balcony view was beautiful. Breakfast was included and quite generous with the staff making fresh eggs to your preference as well as a variety of buffet options. View around the property were gorgeous all around. The property also had 7 saunas and 2 pools which were spectacular after long hikes.

This is a fabulous place for families with children. The location is close to everything needed for skiing and near the charming city center. 18 members of our trekking club from Ireland stayed here, and we were treated very well throughout our stay. We spent a week as a family in this hotel. The latter is located in a strategic and very quiet position in San Candido, perfectly connected to the area ski resorts. this hotel us situated only a few minutes walking to the centre of San Candido. The rooms are very big and clean. I loved the breakfast buffet and the dinner, the food was amazing and all the waiters are very nice. I am celiac and I had no problem in eating at this hotel, they gave me very high end products from Schar. The pool and the sauna are great, there is also a room where kids can play.

Great dinner with such a variety of appetizers and salads and good choice for the main course and unbelievable breakfast buffet. Everything from the owner, to his wife and son and the ladies working at the restaurant were doing everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. I didn’t stay in this hotel, but visited their spa and it was one of the best spas I visited! Probably the best in Dolomites in terms of service, facilities, design, quality, views and overall feeling. I was also able to use the gym, which was included in the spa fee, so I was beyond happy! Great location with spa pool facing mountains. Pool was open for most of the day. Very large spa, but note that you are required to be naked in saunas which may come as a shock for some cultures. Room standard was OK (stayed in the annex) but not more. Food was nice, and staff were generally attentive. Would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for relaxing stay.

Return visit to this superb site in an equally stunning setting. Expensive, but generally worth it though 2017 stay was marred by noise (disco and rowdy guests) until 12.30, 01.00, 2.00 and 03.00 on 4 separate nights due to weddings and other events organised in the middle of the Premium Pitches. Frankly, disrespectful to guests paying a premium to stay in a first class mountain spa resort. 3 stars...
