The hotel is very well situated and the staff can’t do enough to help. The food was excellent and the spa and wellness area was very welcome after a hard days skiing.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Ideally placed for ski bus (second pick-up on route and 2 minutes from ski room). Be aware that the skibus runs from the hotel to the 2 closest ski bases in the morning only and in the reverse direction in the afternoon only. There are other buses available but not to the hotel door - be sure to ask at reception for a guest pass for free travel. Good quality dining. A short and pleasant stroll into the town centre for shops and cafes.

Great hotel, very warm and pleased personal, fantastic food, very nice wellness, very nice and comfort rooms, position in the centre close to all you need, great conection with the ski bus in front of hotel parking, apsolutely recomend it, enjojed every moment, perfect👍🏻🔝

Our overall experience was excellent. To a person, we found the staff to be most friendly and willing to help. Our room was most pleasant with wonderful views. The restaurant exceeded our expectations for both breakfast and dinner. We hardly recommend this whole wonderful hotel.

We recently stayed at Hotel Tyrol, located in Innichen/San Candido, for a weeks ski break.

The hotel is excellent, with well-maintained, comfortable, and clean rooms and facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to make your stay extra special.

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including an easily accessible gym, pool, and ski boot drying room.

Conveniently, the hotel driveway ends right next to the ski bus stop, which takes you to the local slopes in San Candido and the Veracity gondola to the Mount Elmo area.

We opted for half-board, and the breakfast and dinner menus were well-thought-out and varied. Each day, there was a different four-course dinner selection, which was close to fine dining quality.

During our stay, we also attended a local carnival event, which the hotel and its staff actively participated in making fun and memorable.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the area.

This is one of the better ski hotels I have stayed in and everything from the rooms to the amenities to the food & drinks to the staff was top notch!

Rooms - the rooms were comfortable and ours had a balcony overlooking the mountains ensuring every morning you wake up to a great view.

Amenities - the hotel is well-equipped with a spa with mutliple saunas, a steam room, a pool and a jacuzzi. Also the masseuse gives amazing massages. PS: the sauna and steam rooms are mandatory swimwear off.

Food & Drinks - honestly, this was the highlight of our trip. We took a half-board option and breakfasts were buffet style and were hearty. Vegetarian omelettes were my favourite and they whip up a perfect flat-white! Now onto the dinner - I mean seriously this was epic! 4-course meals everyday - to start with a daily changing mix of cold cuts, sushi, salads and a soup then followed by primi - every single pasta dish every night was exceptional, onto the secondi - choice between meat and fish and then the desserts, A+++ to every dish!

Staff - what made this experience so fantastic was the amazing staff, from the reception to the bar to the dinner / breakfast service. The staff were so friendly and nice and always made you feel welcome.

Would come back here again and again!

Our stay at Il Tyrol was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family suite with balcony is spacious and very well equipped, cleanliness is excellent, spa and wellness are excellent and varied. The location of the hotel with garage and outdoor parking in the very center of town.
All recommendations and we will be happy to come back.

I stayed her for four nights in early February. Highly recommended for a stay in Innichen - great location right in the centre of town. The bus stop to go to Versasch is 100m from the door of the hotel. Great food at breakfast. Very frienbdly staff
