Hotels on first line in Lido di Mondello

We mainly booked it for the pool and view of the ocean. Our first night our room was so hot, we eventually realized the AC wasn't working at all until we asked to move rooms and it was much better in the second room

Pool and ocean access is great and if you keep walking past the pool there is a private beach club guests also have access to. Big spread for breakfast and lunch was decent too

All the healthy options one could want. Plenty of fruit, meats, breads, croissants & cakes View from our room & balcony was superb. Loved every minute of our stay

There is not a sand beach around the hotel, only a small beach with rocks but it didn't bother us

View was amazing, honestly exceeded my expectations

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center

Beautiful garden, pool with free towels, private beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas. Near many restaurants, bus stop to Palermo. Rooms towards the sea with a balcony and much better than on the road

Friendly, well-organised with a swimming pool. Rooms very spacious and clean as are the bathrooms. 20 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Italy where the sea is crystal clear.

Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily

Its ok but its rather old and new combined. Room with seasight and balcony is very nice and clean. However the staff could use some workshop about how to be more helpfull and friendly towards guests

Let's start with location, steps from the beach with great views, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants for every one's taste, Then we have to mention how nice the rooms are, very modern clean and quiet with the best A/C in Sicily! The morning breakfast lays out like a feast fit for a weary traveler! With great specialty coffee's to kick start your day

The hotel provided for free beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids. The room was cleaned daily, and snacks, packaged juice, bottled water, teabags were renewed in our room each time with no extra charge

We saved much money due to the beach equipment that we could borrow at the hotel. The breakfast was not much varied but it was ok, the bakery was good. In general, a good b&b with service-minded personnel

We were able to use this as a base to visit Palermo, Cefalu, and Monreale. Don't pass up the opportunity to check out this quaint little town of Mondello as well, nice beaches with surrounding views

Three night stay Overall good hotel. We felt safe and nice common area. Chairs, umbrella and towels are available to take to the beach.

Next morning we complained to the receptionist and he moved us to another room , much quieter, with a sea view. Very good room at no extra cost

Room service was excellent and the breakfast with made to order omlette is perfect! The grounds are so peaceful and well manicured and made for a lovely place to relax

There's a deal with a beach club, so you can and should go to the sea for the day, as the public beach is in Sochi. There's access to the sea on the cliffs, private territory, a restaurant, sun loungers, and staff

I loved my time in Sicily and staying at this beautiful hotel was a cherry on top. The service staff was kind, we had early flight but they still made sure we had breakfast which was really lovely

Great location for those who want to stay near the sea and within easy reach of the beach of Mondello and the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia. Excellent places to get to on foot

Good value and location The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure

Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice

Dissapoint that swimmingpool was in no use. The hotel did only prior conference/privat party guest, not regular guest. 45) The breakfast had a lot of cakes, but lack of healty food(dark bread, vegetables and fruit)

The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic

We stayed in this hotel for a conference with about 80 people. The structure is not very new, but offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful, ours large with sea view and two balconies

Amazing place for summer holiday. Very clean room, outstanding breakfast with proper Italian coffee. Close to beach and only 30 minutes by bus to Palermo. Manuela is an amazing host ❤️

This is the place where you will feal like home but with a lot of privacy and the best breakfast ! Has all the futures and confort you need ! The yard is full with trees, flowers and a lot of places to sit and relax

Amazing house with lovely garden! Manuela is a lovely girl, super helpful with everything! Her breakfast was Sicilian , delicious and a bit different every day :) Highly recommend it and will def come back!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. You really could not expect more of a B&B and the breakfast is unmatched in Sicily so far.

My stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!)

No one was there to welcome us and we had to find our own way to the room in the dark. Instructions were given but it was not what we expected. The room was ok but the bedding was very old and rough

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here

They were really helpful, especially with a superb recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. The location is good - a very quiet residential area about an 8 minute walk to the beach

Windows also have ventian blinds, so the room can become completely dark. They have bikes that you can borrow, which we used every day to the Beach, to visit other cities or to pick up food from the store

Wonderful food, staff and outdoor area. Loved walking to the beach and restaurants. Even drove us to airport for small fee.

We stayed for a short week and were very happy with our stay! The breakfast is mostly homemade, and taste delicious! They have a peaceful outside area where you can eat breakfast or sit outside in the evening

nice stay near the beachin Mondello This is a basic B&B in a nice neighborhood in Mondello walking distance to a very nice beach

They were also very good at facilitating for food allergies, and had both gluten free and laktose free options. They also make great coffee! The rooms are nice and clean, with good aircondition and a comfy bed

Saverio is backing them himself as a hobby, very delicious! Saverio was super nice, he sent us a lot of useful links to many places and told us how to get to the beach
