Unìco Boutique Hotel d'Arte in Lido di Mondello

beautiful artistic place with a scenic view and jacuzzi on the roof. I was impressed by the facilities in this boutique hotel and its art pieces and thoughtful design. I loved my time in Sicily and staying at this beautiful hotel was a cherry on top. The service staff was kind, we had early flight but they still made sure we had breakfast which was really lovely. all restaurants and shops are in few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time at Mondello, highly recommended it.

Every single thing about Unico Hotel d’Arte was exceptional. We arrived late at night & were greeted so warmly. They were well prepared for us and very personal & attentive/helpful towards us from that moment on (eg, knew our names, helped us park our car and get settled, knew my husband’s birthday & unexpectedly brought us a Prosecco toast!) The hotel is small & intimate, but is designed with meticulous & stylish attention to detail: from large well-placed windows (with incredible motorized blackout shades!) to unique pieces of art everywhere, a stunning infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous sea & coastline, a rooftop patio with a large hot tub and views for miles! The (included) breakfast is abundant & gourmet, with fresh squeezed juice and made-to-order omelettes with table-service on the poolside patio. So elegant and delicious! And in addition to the comfort, privacy and beauty of the physical premises (bravo! to the architect and designer), we most enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of every single staff member:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were awesome. Enjoyed the bar and second floor hot tub area for great views of the ocean/neighborhood. The Mondello section of Parlermo can’t be beat! I will definitely stay here again on future visits!

Breakfast was excellent! The hot tub wasn’t working, but the staff was very helpful and attentive. Mattress was very comfortable. The room on the ground floor did not feel private—the balcony opened out right above the street, but they did what they could to build brush around so nobody could see in. The pool was beautiful, and the views were spectacular.

The staff at Unico is amazing, the absolute best. We were treated like family and the feeling was mutual. We loved them all. The hotel itself is gorgeous, intimate, and luxurious. The pool is stunning. There's a hot tub on the rooftop patio with gorgeous views of the sea from both the roof and the pool area. The service to the pool and hot tub was superior. Our afternoon cocktails came with delicious treats. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We hope to return one day. We loved it.

The only decent hotel in Mondello. It's a boutique hotel with excellent service, a pool in a great location, and private parking. The rooms are spacious, some with sea views. There's a deal with a beach club, so you can and should go to the sea for the day, as the public beach is in Sochi. There's access to the sea on the cliffs, private territory, a restaurant, sun loungers, and staff. 20 euros per person. We loved it.

This hotel is such a great find. Wonderful helpful staff, stylish rooms and spaces within the property. Delicious breakfast. Unreservedly recommend. 5* all-round!
