Good place to recharge batteries We had a pleasant stay with incredibly helpful staff. There was a vintage charm to the place, with a lovely pool area. It was easy to either sunbathe or sit under the pine trees and there was a tranquility to the stay. If you didn’t have a access to transport the seafront was a reasonable walk away, so some planning has important.

Could be so much more! The room need too be modernaste, it had a bad smell of mold and just old air. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The atrium yard could have been so much cozier, now it was just a ball room with plastic chais and tables. Walking distance to Mondello beach and town.

Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very nice B&B near Palermo. Great location, not far from Palermo by car and only 5 minutes to Mondello beach. The house and garden are beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! We stayed in this hotel for a conference with about 80 people. The structure is not very new, but offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful, ours large with sea view and two balconies. Excellent cleaning. The staff were very kind and very helpful. Breakfast a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. This needs to be expanded. We didn't use the swimming pool as summer was almost over.

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. A great find, clean, and Mrs. Concetta, who prepares breakfast in the morning, is truly the highlight. She makes you feel at home in every way. After touring few towns in Sicily we stayed at Mondello Design B&B for 3 nights. Best Host Roberta. Lovely person so friendly and caring. Room was extremely comfortable. Best sleep ever.
