Hotels in Lido di Mondello

View was amazing, honestly exceeded my expectations

Very nice friendly staff. Excellent position. Good facilities.

All the healthy options one could want. Plenty of fruit, meats, breads, croissants & cakes View from our room & balcony was superb. Loved every minute of our stay. We did many successful tours & taking lots of memories God Bless Sicily.

This hotel was ok. We mainly booked it for the pool and view of the ocean. Definitely needs updating. Our first night our room was so hot, we eventually realized the AC wasn't working at all until we asked to move rooms and it was much better in the second room. The staff was ok. Pool and ocean access is great and if you keep walking past the pool there is a private beach club guests also have access...

Cleaning staff awesome, front desk Gal- lovely, we ate at restaurant 5 times, food was delicious-expensive! But we loved!

Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has...

This hotel is located in a quiet street in Mondello, only 10 minutes walk from all beautiful beaches. The lobby and the room have nostalgic charm but is well organized. The bed is genuinely comfortable, and everything you need is there. No frills, but it works perfectly.” My room had a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view. I enjoyed a lot the pool, very relaxing place in a quiet and calm atmosphere...

We wanted an authentic experience on our trip to Sicily and at the Conchiglia D’Oro that’s exactly what we got. Set in a quiet position about 15 minutes walk from Mondello beach the hotel is a lovely quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Mondello Beach and of course the centre of Palermo. The staff here are friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate any request we had during our stay...

We loved our stay at the Hotel Conchiglia D'Oro, Mondello. The Superior Double room was clean and comfortable with a mini-refrigerator. Breakfast was really nice. The food had everything you needed for breakfast. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will stay here again and recommend it to friends. We stayed at this hotel in September and enjoyed our stay with a great and clean swimming pool.

The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Sicily is not geared for tourists but Hotel Conchiglia D'oro is fantastic. James, Rosy, Roberto, Stefania and Antonio could not have been more helpful and accommodating. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Mondello beach which is easily one of the best beaches in Europe. Our room with the balcony is lovely and a great bathroom / shower for Med Europe. Breakfast is...

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean & maintained daily by the cleaners. There are good choices for breakfast and the swimming pool is pleasant and a decent size. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and surrounded by incredible views of the mountains, whilst also only being a 10 minute walk from the beach & 15 from the square with great restaurants...

I got super lucky in finding the HCD available at the last minute on a very busy holiday week in Mondello. It's a beautiful walk to the beach/lidos (Highly recc Lido Valdesi!), and piazza for more nightlife. The hotel has been around for a long time and it shows a bit, my room only had an orange stained glass window facing the courtyard so I had no idea what time of day it was, lol. Def ask for a...

We had a fantastic stay. Great location.

Everything very good Beautiful rooms, rich breakfast, 250 m from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the most beautiful piece of beach in Mondello, the hotel is located close to the restaurant area, close to the bus station, in conclusion, we will come again

Perfectly located this amazing hotel have everything: very kind staff, clean and spacious rooms, perfect air conditioning for the hot weather and very good prices. It’s my second time in the hotel and I will come back again! Highly recommended

Three night stay Overall good hotel. We felt safe and nice common area. Chairs, umbrella and towels are available to take to the beach.

Service-minded personnel The first night at the hotel was terrible. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from outside: cars, people, music. We were lying with wide open eyes wondering where to move. Next morning we complained to the receptionist and he moved us to another room , much quieter, with a sea view. Very good room at no extra cost. We saved much money due to the beach equipment...

You will not find a more gracious host or B&B in Mondello!! I can't say enough great things about this B&B. Let's start with location, steps from the beach with great views, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants for every one's taste, Then we have to mention how nice the rooms are, very modern clean and quiet with the best A/C in Sicily! The morning breakfast lays out like a feast fit for a weary...

Spacious apartment, close to the beach

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was continental and in the very pleasant garden. The stuff was excellent. I have never met such a attentive and helpful stuff. Carla, you are the best!!!! 🥰🥰

Very clean, very close to the beach, private beach, towels, salty breakfast VERY ATTENTIVE STUFF

Lovely venue within helpful and assisting staff. The community are all helpful and will assist where possible with the language barrier. Food is excellent

Rooms could do with a repaint, but public areas are up to standard. Found the beds very comfortable, and the pillows fluffy, although we did have to ask for extra, and an extra blanket; but house-keeping brought it to our room within minutes. Breakfast is extensive, and excellent quality. Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily.

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed two nights in this hotel, and had a great time! We had an excellent room with a cute little terrace, a comfortable clothesline, table with chairs, large room, same bathroom, a mini fridge that worked divinely! Excellent breakfast with a wide choice, the structure has a lift, very helpful check-in staff, very quiet environment, street parking in the surrounding alleys, in short, a pleasant...

Family dinner. Not that I was particularly impressed by the appetizers, in my opinion more suited to a bistro to an elegant location. The first fish pretentious that grazed with the simplicity of the appetizers and just above the average. Children's playground with animation for children up to 10 years. I was not able to give me a clearer idea of the place. Staff smiling and helpful.

The place is truly elegant, relaxing atmosphere. There is also an equipped area for children, so that they can have fun too.

Very accommodating and the restaurant has amazing pizza. This is a great place to stay if you wanted a short walk to the beach in Mondello. Also, there's a great lunch place near the hotel that had great gelato!

**IMPORTANT** Click more to see basically a full guide for this place. I am a little late to this review. However, I will say this stay will be very memorable. I am still thinking about it today. In this review I will add suggestions for people who may be in the same boat as me. Me and my girlfriend came to this hotel around June 23rd - 30th of June. If you are taking a Taxi, try giving him/her the...

Very nice and cosy appartmentments. A very nice and charming host with lots of tips for the area. Can highly recommmend for everybody that prefers a more private setting.

Very nice B&B near Palermo. Great location, not far from Palermo by car and only 5 minutes to Mondello beach. The house and garden are beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. The hostess is very nice and helpful and gives lots of good ideas for sightseeing. We are already looking forward to our next visit next year! ❤️

Quiet and hidden away. A great springboard for visiting this area. Extremely good value. Thank you

Amazing place with full of history!

Wonderful residence and fantastic garden. Gabriella, the owner, very sweet and very helpful, always ready to provide useful advice on places to visit and places to eat really well. An added value to our holiday in Mondello !!!!

10/10 would recommend! Silvana was amazing, she was super lovely and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast on the Terrace in the mornings was our highlight as the views was incredible. It was in close proximity to the beach, as well as the buses into Palermo was walking distance. One thing I would do next time is hire a car to drive around Palermo and...

Silvana and Eugenio are fantastic hosts!Welcoming and friendly, they made their best to make us feel comfortable! The B&B is a private house, partly refurbished, with an amazing terrace looking onto the bay. The house is surrounded by plants and trees and it offers wonderful corners where you can admire the luxuriance of the garden. One of the rooms is not particularly well-lit but it’s comfortable...

Good value and location The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would...

Fantastic place close to the sea. Optimal set for a scientific conference that we organized and that involved young audience. Staff was very cordial and helpful to make it a succesful event. Highly recommended!

Dissapoint that swimmingpool was in no use. The hotel did only prior conference/privat party guest, not regular guest. (Noise on Sunday to 00.45) The breakfast had a lot of cakes, but lack of healty food(dark bread, vegetables and fruit)..one day it was full, and we did go outside, but have to find chairs by ourself..one day no towels at the room..and no toilet paper..  overal 3 of 10 from us.. ok...

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite has a beautiful view!

Good enough for the price. Great service! The best of this hotel is their service at the reception. They go beyond to excel for the customer and their needs, really world class. Ramona was exceptional and helped me find a place to do my nails, despite most places being fully booked that week, always with a smile and going the extra mile (Grazie Ramona!). Everyone at the reception was fantastic. The...

Lovely place with great rooms and a great breakfast. Bus to Palermo just outside the door and Graffiti restaurant next door is great for dinner. Beach across the road is nice but very rocky. Beach shoes advised! Shelves off quickly too.

beautiful artistic place with a scenic view and jacuzzi on the roof. I was impressed by the facilities in this boutique hotel and its art pieces and thoughtful design. I loved my time in Sicily and staying at this beautiful hotel was a cherry on top. The service staff was kind, we had early flight but they still made sure we had breakfast which was really lovely. all restaurants and shops are in few...

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We had a great time at Mondello, highly recommended it.

Great small boutique hotel. Convenient walk to restaurants, beach and shops. Staff was very accommodating and service was impeccable

Every single thing about Unico Hotel d’Arte was exceptional. We arrived late at night & were greeted so warmly. They were well prepared for us and very personal & attentive/helpful towards us from that moment on (eg, knew our names, helped us park our car and get settled, knew my husband’s birthday & unexpectedly brought us a Prosecco toast!) The hotel is small & intimate, but is designed with meticulous...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were awesome. Enjoyed the bar and second floor hot tub area for great views of the ocean/neighborhood. The Mondello section of Parlermo can’t be beat! I will definitely stay here again on future visits!

Breakfast was excellent! The hot tub wasn’t working, but the staff was very helpful and attentive. Mattress was very comfortable. The room on the ground floor did not feel private—the balcony opened out right above the street, but they did what they could to build brush around so nobody could see in. The pool was beautiful, and the views were spectacular.

Amazing place for summer holiday. Very clean room, outstanding breakfast with proper Italian coffee. Close to beach and only 30 minutes by bus to Palermo. Manuela is an amazing host ❤️

lovely host who was always available to help. Breakfasts were great with a real Sicilian theme. Host went to a lot of trouble to provide a gluten free breakfast. property was tastefully furnished and has a nice area outside to sit and eat or relax. The property is down a quiet road and so we felt relaxed there.

All perfect, customer services and original design and fantastic breakfast. I recommend to all.

Amazing house with lovely garden! Manuela is a lovely girl, super helpful with everything! Her breakfast was Sicilian , delicious and a bit different every day :) Highly recommend it and will def come back!

This is the place where you will feal like home but with a lot of privacy and the best breakfast ! Has all the futures and confort you need ! The yard is full with trees, flowers and a lot of places to sit and relax. Has hair dryer, air conditioning, tv, a lot of drowers to put your things....

Beautiful neighbourhood, best host ever, and jaw-dropping breakfast. Service is incredible, the host cares about the enviroment and its peaceful. Not far from the beach either and the host provided plentiful of relevant information about the area.

Everything we expected and more from this comfortable and spacious B&B. At checkin we were greeted by Roberta a friendly, helpful and truly committed professional. Her enthusiasm for her business and desire to meet your every need shines through in everything delivered. She also offers free concierge service with bookings for trips, taxi and restaurants. It was so good to have her recommendations...

November 2025: I highly recommend this place for couples, families or solo travelers. The location is excellent -- a beachside, quiet, clean neighborhood just 15 minutes' away from Palermo's cultural attractions and city center. The rooms are updated and wonderfully furnished with light colors and beach imagery. Very nice, updated in-room bathrooms. Hotel ownership and staff are friendly and helpful...

After touring few towns in Sicily we stayed at Mondello Design B&B for 3 nights. Best Host Roberta. Lovely person so friendly and caring. Room was extremely comfortable. Best sleep ever. The Breakfast was copious and scrumptious with fresh cakes baked every day. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Excellent property. Roberta is simply wonderful!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

We stayed three nights at B&B Mondello Design. My best accomodation during my trip. Roberta the host is so kind and friendly. She baked a cake for us every morning. Her breakfast was scrumptious. Our room was so spacious for the tree of us. Extremely well decorated. The bed was so comfortable. The B&B is In a quiet residential area. No noise to disturb your sleep during the night like some hotels where...

Excellent accommodation situated a short walk to the beach. Roberta the hostess was very nice and extremely helpful to the point that nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean 5min walk from the seaside the staff was very welcoming, definitely We will going back again. Recommended!!?

Internal parking. Convenient location sea center palermo

Good choice Good place to stay. VERY close to the Beach.

Better than the pictures! Cute little Bnb, the pictures don’t do it justice it is quite nice and well maintained. Our suite was updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Would book again. Great area!!

The owner is kind and brought us some excellent croissants for breakfast. The location is a bit ‘decadent’ both in the unkempt outdoor spaces and in the room. At the entrance the smell of mold is strong, the room is large and clean. The clean bathroom with the step at the entrance does not have a soap dish in the shower. On the other hand, for lovers of the genre, the shower is the one with the high...

Quiet and excellent location to reach the center and the beach. Spacious and clean room, well-stocked breakfast, kindness and attention from the owner who also lent us an umbrella for the beach. All very good!

perfect good nice kind. perfect good nice kind. perfect good nice kind.

We stayed 2 nights here and everything was perfect. The host Maria made breakfast for us every morning. We truly felt her warmth and hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Overnight stay Fantastic friendly hostess and lovely breakfast. Recommend a walk down to the beach but lots of restaurants and lovely environment

A great find, clean, and Mrs. Concetta, who prepares breakfast in the morning, is truly the highlight. She makes you feel at home in every way. Clean rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, and shampoo. A 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to Palermo. I recommend it and will definitely return.

This B&B is a ten-minute walk from the center of Mondello and the beach. Mrs. Concetta is incredibly kind and offers a fantastic sweet and savory breakfast, both delicious and plentiful. The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean. Two rooms have private bathrooms, but they're in the hallway, right across the street. All the other rooms have ensuite bathrooms. You can sleep soundly and...

I just spent a wonderful holiday in Mondello with two friends, staying at B&B Il Girasole, just a ten-minute walk from the beach and Piazza Mondello. The warm welcome and helpfulness of Mrs. Concetta and her daughter truly made us feel at home! The room and bathroom were spacious, spotlessly clean, and bright. Outside, there was a lovely private terrace, where we enjoyed sitting after returning from...

Authentic village ❤️ host provides bicycles, great room, super clean, nice breakfast variety and really friendly stuff

This is the best place to stay. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is great, the breakfast is fresh and tasty. The owners greet you and prepare the breakfast every morning. The patio is lovely to sit on any time of day and it gives you the opportunity to meet other guests, like we did....new friends. The location is great, close to the bus line, grocery store, laundry and restaurants. You won't be disappointed...

Excellent B&B! Very clean rooms and breakfast is super good. Owners are very friendly and helpful. If we visit Mondello again we would stay here.

We stayed for a short week and were very happy with our stay! The breakfast is mostly homemade, and taste delicious! They have a peaceful outside area where you can eat breakfast or sit outside in the evening. They were also very good at facilitating for food allergies, and had both gluten free and laktose free options. They also make great coffee! The rooms are nice and clean, with good aircondition...

Excellent stay Comfortable, safe, enjoyable

nice stay near the beachin Mondello This is a basic B&B in a nice neighborhood in Mondello walking distance to a very nice beach. We used this place as a base to visit Palermo and other sites of interest without having to worry about driving and parking. It is clean and the hosts were friendly and offered a number of homemade panini and cakes for breakfast. The room reminded me of a dorm room with...

We did not get a room with a balcony, microwave, premium Egyptian bedding, on site parking, snack bar/deli, bar/lounge or garden - all confirmed on our booking confirmation. This is why we booked Le Muse. No one was there to welcome us and we had to find our own way to the room in the dark. Instructions were given but it was not what we expected. The room was ok but the bedding was very old and rough...

Breakfast was just below fine. Many types of bread, although mostly sweet ones, and perhaps they tried a little too hard to have many choices as basic things like normal white bread, juice and milk could be missing. Eggs and coffee are provided when requested, if not forgotten or misunderstood. Very good bed and I liked the pillows. Sound insulation is missing - everything from other rooms are heard...

Owner very nice and helped us with any request we had .. a very positive stay would definitely recommend it to friends and family ..

Off the loud Mondello beach just enough to enjoy a quiet sleep. Nice big room, great shower, very clean. Temperature was always comfortable thanks to proper AC, I had the best sleeps of my trip here. Easy walk to the main strip. Very sufficient breakfast of fruit, pastries, juices and cappuccino. Would recommend!

Perfect to relax! The place is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious!

Absolutely wonderful little B and B. Very friendly brothers, great calm location, short walk from beach.
