The positives of the hotel are its proximity to the beach—just across the street and you're at the partner establishment, included in the price of your stay. And, again, the kindness and courtesy of the young reception staff. The partner restaurant, which obviously requires an additional fee for half-board or full-board stays, offers cuisine that can be considered average. But let's get to the negatives. When booking, I requested (and paid for) a reserved parking space, but it wasn't available when I arrived, and it was only available the following day, after numerous reminders. The much-vaunted pool on the hotel terrace had only a couple of umbrellas and no more than five or six loungers, which were obviously already taken, so my wife and I opted to head straight to the beach. The room was fairly clean, but the furnishings were more than spartan. There was no dedicated luggage rack, so we left our suitcases on a chair for the entire stay. In the room, there was only a bare open cabinet, without lockable doors or drawers, forcing us to leave linens and other items in our suitcases and then rummage through them for supplies. The partner restaurant was about 300 meters away from the hotel (a fact we hadn't mentioned when booking, so much so that we assumed the food would be served directly at the hotel), and walking there for lunch during the hottest part of the day wasn't pleasant. Last but not least, the mini-fridge was located on a shelf at floor level, making it difficult to use, especially for those with back problems. In conclusion, the sea was beautiful, clear and gravelly (I recommend a pair of beach shoes), almost always a bit rough, given that the seabed drops off rapidly and the wind picks up during the day. As for everything else, the management definitely needs to make the necessary improvements, as mentioned above.
