The location and views from the hotel were spectacular. Nestled in a park, it provided a peaceful and relaxing respite during our journey north from Puglia. The breakfast buffet provided many options and the dinners (in particular, the seafood risotto and gnocchi) at the restaurant were delicious. Staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a gem of a find.

Very nice hotel - busy week and the restaurant was completely full each night. Food pretty good and service find but you can feel its top of peak season.

Love this place! This was not my first time at this hotel and you simply cannot beat the view and terrazza and the food at this little gem. The only reason I cannot give it five stars is that the rooms are rather simple and service on the terrazza can be very slow - as in sitting there with my friends for a while and finally having to go ask to place our order when employees are walking all around us setting up tables. They could definitely improve on that. It certainly will not stop me from going there again and again. They are very pleasant and helpful. It must be noted, however, that if you require an elevator, be sure your room is on a floor with the elevator. Not all rooms are.

A rare find, in the middle of the forest, with a breathtaking view of the sea, a quality hotel with a restaurant that is really worth it! The staff is very helpful, the owners attentive and very professional. Small dogs are welcome. The rooms with large terrace are impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is beautifull, and the place around it is amazing. I dont mind oldschool furniture, but holes in the wall and missing molding is a little too much. Didnt also like that they charge coperto of 5€ for dinner to the hotel guests. Also the staff could put on a smile once in a while.

What started out as a lovely stay turned sour when they tried to charge us for a room at €160 but we were quoted €75 the night before. Receptionists were rude and bar lady intervened - but we held our ground as were not in a premier room and did not have a sea view. Sadly that has ruined the experience - mistakes and disputes happen, but it is how it is dealt with - in this case it was woefully inadequate. Rude, sour staff are not the way forward!

Wonderful! we loved our stay at this hotel. It is nestled in the national park and the trees mitigate the heat. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the beach but it was a short walk. We intended to be adventurous and try different restaurants for dinner but it was just too risky as the hotel served delicious dinners every evening and cater well for those with Coeliacs. we already miss it and hope to return

i paid for a room with a view, this is the view. there was construction ongoing directly outside of my room. the hotel manager was rude and tried to intimidate me.

Superbly overlooking the bay oft Portonovo, this Hotel provides a four star level in every aspect, though it has a three star rating. I wish we had stayed longer. If I were to make a reserve, it would regard the insufficient sound isolation between the rooms. Don't miss to stay at this Hotel if you happen to travel to Ancona.
