Agriturismo Le Grange in Numana

We stayed at this Agriturismo for 10 days.

- Location: excellent for the sea, a 2-minute drive away, and very quiet.
- Room: very small, furnished in a sparse and impractical way, and frankly "cheap." Cleanliness inside was acceptable.
- Outdoor spaces: spacious, but not well-maintained. The pool area is nice and reasonably clean. Indoor parking is available, but it's not easy to find a spot in the evening for external events organized by the property. In fact, only upon arrival did we discover that many of the services and spaces are shared with guests from the adjacent property, and in the evenings, from what we gathered, also with external guests, with the expected consequences in terms of crowding and space.

- Breakfast: substantial but decidedly lacking in variety, to the point of becoming stale after just a few days. Service was a bit cumbersome, but attentive and kind.

In conclusion: an unconvincing experience in many respects. In particular, for those who come expecting to enjoy space and tranquility, it would be appropriate to know the above-mentioned sharing conditions in advance. Furthermore, interaction with the agriturismo staff was poor, essentially limited to the payment phase for any requested extras. This also meant we always felt much more like "customers" than "guests."
The costs, therefore, were high compared to what was offered and how it was offered.

Strategically located for both the sea and excursions. Sea view. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent space for the pool and evening aperitifs. My room was small and dark, with very basic and impractical furnishings, especially in the bathroom. Lack of attention to cleanliness. In my opinion, the grounds and common areas were poorly maintained, as was the breakfast, which wasn't up to par for a farmhouse. Excessively expensive for what was offered.
