An amazing family hotel, where everything as a whole is at the highest level. A beautiful resort, cleanliness everywhere, nice spaces, garden, breakfast and dinner, wellness and pool, spacious parking and transport to the beach. We haven't experienced anything like this in a long time. Very helpful and nice staff at the reception, at the bar on the terrace and by the pool. Breakfast and dinner are a gastronomic experience, the variety of dishes, the quality and portions that they prepare, all of this completes the whole atmosphere that you won't experience anywhere else! It is clear that the hotel is run by a family with precision and perfection and the staff is also perfectly coordinated and everyone complements each other perfectly. You have our admiration - congratulations. We will be very happy to come back to you.

Upon arrival, Thomas's warm welcome is a guarantee of professionalism, empathy, and preparedness. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell cleanliness. The wellness center is a great place to spend two relaxing hours, offering excellent services. The relaxation area is well-equipped, with delicious herbal teas in a well-kept setting. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The homemade cakes are delicious. In short, if you're deciding to stay in Nunana, this is the place to be.

Hotel with free private parking, just a few hundred meters from the port of Numana. Excellent hospitality, extremely friendly staff, impeccable surroundings, and a lovely spa (open even in winter) available to guests.

A truly lovely hotel, clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and welcoming, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent, from the savory treats to the homemade desserts. Highly recommended.

An overall good hotel that provided everything we needed. The service was solid, and also recommended us to an extremely good boat trip after a previous plan was cancelled.

Good hotel. Renovated facility with a beautiful garden and pool. Spacious and clean rooms. Very welcoming spa. I would have preferred a slightly more generous breakfast selection, both sweet and savory.

We had a superior room overlooking the pool and received an "upgrade to a triple room"—which added perhaps 3 square meters, but those were taken up by the useless bed. However, it was quiet at night, and we slept well in the adequately sized beds. The balcony had a table with two chairs and two sun loungers. The shuttle service to the beach, about 2 km away, was excellent. Roberto was a very reliable and friendly driver. Beach towels had to be rented from reception for €2, which really should have been included in the room price. The lovely beach, with its two sunbeds and a parasol, was included and always very clean. Breakfast was very good in the mornings; you could even order fried eggs, and the overall selection was quite extensive, especially for those with a sweet tooth. The half-board option for an additional €30 per person is highly recommended: It started with a vegetable buffet, followed by a choice of three main courses (primo), another choice of three (secondo), always including fish or something similar, and then dessert, which didn't particularly interest us as the fruit on offer was excellent and plentiful. Such good grapes, plums, and peaches are a rare find. The service was excellent, and the maître d', Thomas, was friendly, although no one was ever addressed by name. The wine list offers a relatively large selection of regional wines at very reasonable prices. It was very pleasant that chilled still and sparkling water was always available free of charge with meals. In the mornings, Signora Luisa (the senior manager?) collected the completed dinner orders and offered friendly recommendations. The hotel has four stars, but in my opinion, many things don't quite live up to that standard: There are plastic cups in the bathroom, no tea or coffee making facilities, hardly any storage or hanging space, and many things look a bit dated. There was a welcome reception on Monday evening, but unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't introduce themselves. As a result, we didn't meet the hotel manager once in six days, nor did he ever show up, let alone speak to us, except for the occasional appearance behind the reception desk. What bothered me most at reception was that I was given about half a sip of Prosecco in a paper cup. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay, and on a return visit, we would appreciate being treated not only politely but also with a bit less impersonal service.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Giardino Spa. The place is truly charming, with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. All the services are excellent, and the staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. They also took great care of my dog, making us feel even more at home. Everything is handled with such attention to detail, making the stay both comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
We stayed at the Hotel Giardino for 4 days for our honeymoon. We thought the staff were extremely friendly and their English was fantastic a bonus considering we didn’t expect it. we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. we had lunch at the pool every day which was quick and very tasty. We ate dinner at the hotel twice again excellent. We also ventured into town twice and ate at 2 restaurants near the beach, which was an 18 minute easy walk. We would love to stay again. The staff in particular were excellent. We found our hotel and facilities very clean and prices very reasonable. Thank you for a fantastic 4 days.
