Hotel Enzo in Porto Recanati

On behalf of Gerald Y. & our recent week's stay at Hotel Enzo Porto Recanati.

Generally, the service was good, hotel is clean and staff members are very helpful. We would like to highlight 2 special staff members namely: Angela and Sylvia. They are so caring and helpful. Angela, true to her name was quite an angel as she went the extra mile to give us information, checking on us and always maintained service with a smile. We witnessed 1st hand how her patience was tested with a challenging walk-in customer. She has the patience and care of a Saint. God bless Angela and Sylvia & the rest of the team. Sadly, one fact remains despite all the good that Enzo hotel provides... On both Friday and Saturday nights, we could get little to No Sleep untill about 3am/4am.
There was super loud deafening music & wild shouts from the hotel's Principal street. Loud talking, choking sounds, and cigarette smokes wafting even up into our 2nd level rooms.
The music would stop around 2am from the nearby dining bars, restaurants but shouts and screams on both nights quietened down only past 3am..or later. This made sleeping conditions impossible but also extremely stressful.

We had wanted to give a totally positive review about the place and staff, but this is our honest experience of our stay here.

I has business trip and has few days stay here. Everything was ok.

Perfect Short Gateaway
The rooms were very clean. Excellent staff. Continental breakfast options were varied and plentiful. The only drawback was the size of the bathroom; it was a tad too narrow.

great little hotel conveniently placed in this small town, service very friendly and welcoming, stand on the balcony and watch the town stole by...... i will be back
