We returned this year for the second time. Everything was impeccable, super clean, and Claudia and all the staff were helpful and kind. The location was very convenient, and the garage parking (reservation required) was useful.
On the seafront, there are pizzerias, restaurants, and bars for every taste.
The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
If you want to go to the historic center of Grottammare (about 2.3 km), it's a 5-minute drive, otherwise the city bus line 7 is very convenient.
What can I say... Keep up the good work.

We've been returning to Residence Costa Smeralda for years now, and we always have a wonderful time. It's a place that manages to combine the warmth of home, privacy, and attention to detail, with the professionalism of a truly welcoming establishment.
The apartments are always clean and well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is quiet yet convenient, and the attention to detail makes the stay truly enjoyable.
Claudia, the owner, is the soul of the residence: an attentive hostess, always ready to offer advice, and above all, to welcome you with a smile.
A special thought also goes to Andrea, her son, who was studying intensely for a university exam these days but never failed to greet us with kindness and an infectious smile.
Best of luck on his journey: he already has two fans in Milan!

We spent three wonderful days at this residence, strategically located between Grottammare town center and San Benedetto del Tronto. The location is ideal for staying close to the sea while avoiding the busier areas. The only downside is the proximity to the train tracks, which run incessantly even at night. However, this wasn't a major problem for us, and we quickly got used to it. The property is beautiful, and the studio apartments are fairly new and equipped with everything we needed. Claudia made us feel at home right away, and we loved her kindness. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering a bit of everything, from dessert to greetings. We also took advantage of the bikes, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area without having to take the car. The residence also has a lovely pool and a children's area. We really enjoyed our stay and are sure to return soon! Thanks to Claudia and her son for such a warm welcome.

Costa Smeralda is a very peaceful. The apartment is clean, tidy and fresh and their breakfast is very delicious. The coffee is not like most places in that they freshly ground the beans and serve you something that has never been prepackaged. Near the hotel, there is a big supermarket where you can find everything. It is close to the beach and several little restaurants that serve delicious food, like pasta, pizza, crayfish and shellfish. Claudia, the owner was lovely, and friendly. There was a swimming pool and sun beds that I really loved, too. The hotel is very close to everything, and Grottammare is very close to San Benedetto, in case you want to do some proper shopping.

Truly exceptional residence. The kindness of the owner added to the care and the many comforts make it a real place of relaxation where to spend the holidays.
The apartments are equipped with everything you need including: air conditioning, kitchen, wardrobes and safes, balcony, etc.
In the structure it is possible to access the swimming pool, covered parking and there is the possibility of renting bicycles in order to go and visit the nearby villages of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
It is just a few meters from the sea and has a discounted bathroom where it will be possible to have a discount on food at the restaurant and reserve sunbeds with umbrellas.
We spent an excellent relaxing holiday and visiting the various villages.
Really recommended.

I stayed with my partner in this residence in the week of August 7-14. It was a wonderful discovery starting from the impeccable cleanliness, the super friendly and helpful staff, the location very close to the sea and the partner beach.
It is possible to have their covered parking (by reservation), an outdoor swimming pool, bicycle rental and much more.
The apartments are complete with kitchen, air conditioning and tables for eating both inside and outside.
It is certainly a place that we recommend and we would be very happy to return to.

We have not yet finished our stay in this splendid and very clean structure but we already want to review it. Courtesy and availability at the TOP, booked blindly through the agency based on the reviews of other users regarding the management. To confirm the super hospitality of Mrs. Claudia. We will not fail to recommend this location to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in this seaside resort in the Marche region.

We stayed the first 15 days of June 2021 in a two-room apartment with two balconies where four people can comfortably eat in each one. We can only say good things about the facility. Cozy, well-kept and clean environment. The owner, Signora Claudia, is always kind and helpful. Even his dad's availability was familiar. He delighted us with an abundant taste of cherries from his garden. Very good. The location is good. Very close to the beach. We recommend it.
