This hilltop resort is truly a gem. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Lady Fiorentina, who is both kind and friendly. The chef's work is outstanding, using fresh, organic ingredients in every meal. The rooms are spotless and decorated with a lovely vintage touch. One of the best features is the pool, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains, especially at sunset. All in all, I highly recommend this resort—it's a perfect getaway.

Simply outstanding! It’s quite a way out of Fabriano and the road is pretty rough but don’t be turned off. The hospitality is exceptional. Host Firontina is delightful and makes you feel at home from the moment you come in. Our room was compact but had everything. The dinner was great including the house wine. Breakfast was amazing. And there are the farm animals and the dogs and cat. Exceptional. Firontena sent us to the UNESCO famed paper making factory of the 15th century and the amazing civil gallery. Not to be missed

Great place in the middle of the hills near Fabriano. Very friendly hosts, nice dinner and very peaceful place. You really feel to be in Italy in all. Just the road to get there is a bit wild but is part of the place.

A lovely place managed by a couple of fantastic people. The building and surroundings are very big. The kids loved all the animals that every day populate the house and the exteriors. The pool was big. The views are astonishing.

Marvelous place, super quite and relaxing, surrounded by the hills. The owners are really nice and both breakfast and food in the restaurant is delicious, definitely recommended
