Very nice accommodation. New equipment on apartments. Was very well cleaned on arrival. Only 50 meters from beach thru the small park (you don't need across a road). If you have an apartment, you get a beach service on nearest beach. With the services we were totally satisfied. The director is very kind, helpful and friendly. All staff also. Because we really enjoyed the whole holiday. Accommodation I can highly recommend for all. Perfect.
We stayed in a two-room apartment with all the comforts inside the accommodation ... A beautiful terrace ... Very kind staff ...
We asked to extend our stay by two days ... And we were satisfied ... Too bad that the only availability was a studio apartment ... The latter too small and uncomfortable ... And not very well kept ... But always with the sea view ... and therefore cheers ... For those who love holidays, rest is the ideal place ...
The only flaw is the poorly served area ... For anything you have to move a little ... But overall it was a wonderful holiday and I reiterate their availability and kindness

Definitely not a 4 star, to be very generous a poor 3. Kind staff sure, but you don't pay more for the staff, but for the structure and services. Structure flaws, old furniture, sparse and often not well maintained (a piece of the shower came off, the air conditioning was poor, the television showed only the 3 channels of the rai, in the bedroom there were only two beds and a locker, nothing else, neither bedside tables nor lamps, windows with temporary curtains and fixed with red and white scotch tape that comes off, no lockers for storing things to eat, sound insulation not excellent, balconies with perennial sun practically unusable during the day, no kit of welcome elements such as soap or handkerchiefs). The pool is there but little used and small, with "booking" of half an hour each per family, with a lifeguard boy staring at it while you are inside. The proposed beach is excellent, large and with a wonderful bar, the only truly 4-star thing.
I hope for anyone not to have unexpected events.
Removed the embarrassing questionnaire delivered on arrival ... I am asked for the balance at check-in ... after years of travel it is the first time ....

My wife at 8month has a malaise and we have to leave the night of the 2nd day ... having paid 7 nights ....
1 EURO IS NOT REFUNDED ...
But there is ... (so to speak) we had not done the insurance and so we attack ....
Fortunately there were my in-laws to stay to whom we have the keys to the room ....
They could not compensate us for part of the trip because they say the rooms are rented only by the week ... but from the next day they started slaughtering my in-laws for asking for the keys ... what's the point ??? 1) We could have come back ... 2) I paid 7 days .... if I want to pay to keep a room locked 7 days is my business ....
Finally ... exasperated by the requests for the keys even they went away too .... losing 2 days, obviously without receiving 1 euro back.
I omit the details of the structure, non-existent bar, very slow service and burnt coffee with frozen croissants ....
Dirty rooms, without tools ... the two days we stayed, we informed about the broken window and the desperation of the cool (obviously always taking into account a girl in the eighth month) but nothing ...
Fortunately, there are many facilities in the area to choose from.
I will not recommend this property to any friend, relative or acquaintance.

Very nice residence, clean, close to the sea and with all services. Spacious apartments with terrace. Well functioning air conditioning.
Reception staff helpful and efficient. Quick check-in. A particular credit to Mr. Domenico kind and generous with advice. We had a great time!
