Very good Hotel, i didn't stay overnight but the personal was very professional and gentle. The location it's truly beautiful, just a few feet from the sea

The only flaw is that the rooms are a little dated but always clean and tidy. It is the fourth year that we return because this structure is able to offer relaxation, fun and entertainment for both children and families

Beautiful beach, very spacious, beautiful and well-kept facility. Good food, nice and competent dining room staff. Animation always present but not intrusive

It is a super hotel for all the family, you have a lot of activities for the babies and funs animations for the adults, a good place to be.

Excellent and friendly staff, delicious food, fantastic entertainment, the only flaw for a 4-star hotel is the room (502) overlooking the railway, it seemed to have the train in the room, to improve the soundproofing of the rooms !!!!! Then we were next to the exit that led to the emergency staircase and especially on Saturdays there was a continuous passage of people, who slammed the door and paid...

Did the worst room happen to us? Probably, but in my opinion for a 4 star it is not tolerable. Too bad because if it wasn't for these inconveniences the vote would certainly have been higher

Good cuisine, always clean rooms and environments, excellent and never intrusive entertainment, beautiful and clean sea and beach and two beautiful swimming pools, a nice bar for pleasant cocktails

Everything is within reach, you can forget your car in the convenient internal garage. All the staff are always courteous and helpful, ready for any little unexpected

The large hotel berti satisfies all the needs of the family, fun for children of all ages, activities for adults and lots of relaxation for those who want

In summary, a great place for families, the right cost and in line with the Abruzzo coast, even including all the extras

The reasons why I did not give a five-star rating are as follows: 1) to improve the cleaning in the rooms 2) assistance on the beach is not optimal (you had to look for the umbrellas yourself and provide for their opening) 3) always on the beach sunbeds a little dated and a little lacking in cleaning

We just stayed at the Villa Maria Hotel & Spa for 1 night and had a great experience. It was the first time ever being in Francavilla al Mare and we are so happy that we chose this place

Also convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus down to the beach, where chairs are reserved for guests staying at the hotel. Some of the food in the restaurant was very nice, the seafood salad was really good

Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient

It’s a 20 minute walk to anything (each way) and the only way to and from the train station is by taxi which isjt cheap so bear that in mind

Impressive, modern, classy, and very clean property. Fantastic amenities, i.e, multiple pools, spa on property, and great dining. I was impressed the moment I walked into the lobby. We'll certainly be guest there again.

The room was clean, very spacious and I do recommend a view of the water—absolutely incredible. The property itself is very hidden and quiet. The hotel is very nice, kept very well and the breakfast was delicious

Stayed for a few nights on low season. The hall is very spacious and comfortable. The room was nice and cozy, although a few more places to hang stuff around would've been welcome. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located opposite the sea, in an area easily accessible, just a 5-minute drive from the motorway. For me, a vegetarian, was prepared a portion for each flow rate, were very kind

The hotel has lifts to all floors and we were quite high with super views. There is a private beach and it is sandy with lovely clear, clean water. The location is perfect for walks along the beach and into town

This was our first time in Italy. The staff are really amazing and helpful. The room was extremely clean everyday. They also gave you a signed seating for the week

We were there with 2 other families and had an amazing time. The children made new friends that spoke Italian and they only new English. The beach was beautiful, warm and they gave you a signed chairs for the week!

Once a week there is an evening with specialities from Abruzzo which is held outside. Breakfast has wide variety from sweet to salty, including tasty homemade cakes. Nearby Silvi Paese and Atri are worth a visit

It was a perfect combination of beach holiday (1 umbrella and 2 sun beds and towels ) and pool (with lifeguard). The 5year old was happy with the shallow end and our 7year old son loved the deeper one

L'albergo si trova davanti alla spiaggia, a pocchi passi dal porto e dai pricipali negozi/ristoranti. Il personale è gentilissimo,e la colazione è eccezionale

Pay special attention to the kids to make sure they are happy. Pino was so lovely and helpful as well as front of desk. The room - we lucked out with a sea view and one of the modern rooms

It was clean, safe, 1 double bed 3 kids singles, TV, bathroom, fridge, WIFI everywhere etc - very nice. Beach - only 5 mins walk - we paid extra for loungers you get 10% discount as beach restaurant

There is a little market at 3 minutes away where you could buy fruits and over stuff to eat. The beach is very nice, with sunbeds you have to book at the reception ( 20$/room). Nothing to eat or to drink at the beach

Too bad they have few apartments available for those with pets, we wanted to go back also in August unfortunately the apartments are all already booked, but we will definitely be back in the future by booking a lot in advance

At the restaurant a 50% of waiters do not wear correctly the masks and high chairs are not sanitised as the chairs used in the morning, when anyone can seat anywhere

I lettini in spiaggia non sono stati puliti ne sanificati prima del nostro arrivo, al ristorante la metà dei camerieri non indossa correttamente la mascherina, i seggioloni ed i colori per i bambini non sono disinfettati, così come le sedie a colazione, quando ti puoi sedere dove vuoi

La WiFi funziona ad intermittenza e quando funziona è lenta, le camere sono vecchie, la doccia ha poca pressione e la temperatura fluttua tra calda e fredda, la cassaforte è piccolissima e non ci entra neanche un tablet

This is not a 5 star rating, WiFi doesn't work well, you need to pay showers on the beach, rooms are old, safe is small and can't fit a tablet, room doors must be manually locked or can be opened by anyone

I've been here for a few days and I have to say that I chose really well for my children! Very large hotel with lots of spaces, excellent swimming pool with water park where my children preferred to stay instead of coming to the beach with me; the beach is very beautiful and above all very spaced out with umbrellas, perhaps the widest in Giulianova given that they do not take outsiders but only hotel...

The varied food is always good, the room is beautiful and recently renovated with hydrophobia and especially for my husband the parking inside the structure. Well done the entertainment guys and the staff

Also no surprises to pay extra all inclusive as per the quote. I will return again next year. I hope I have been useful to people who are undecided which structure to choose

I struggle to understand the negative reviews. The polite staff is hyper helpful. The very wide and well-equipped beach. Not to mention the variety of food

We always use the Hotel's beach when we stay in Montesilvano. The manager speaks great English, food an good, beach is clean and tidy. Excellent.

On arrival, first thoughts, wow, look at the Adriatic, how blue the sea is. Inside hotel reception everyone made us feel welcome. Rooms are reasonable, however bathroom is a bit tight

Rooms are quite friendly with sea view. Our holidays destroyed by very bad breakfast. Eggs and sausage lake the time. sorry but for so many days without any changes of breakfast menu it’s impossible

We loved our stay at hotel Sole. We stayed 5 nights from 16th Sept 2015. Our room was a good size and offered a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and always very pleased to help

We just completed a 4 night stay in a triple room. The front desk, dining area, pool area, and entertainment staff are all positive with warm smiles and extremely helpful with any requests

There wouldn't be much to say about the hygiene aspect(really cared), except for the fact that the door that suposed to be white were now of a cream color with evident signs left by hands (and other parts of the body)

I would start the review by saying that the location of this Hotel that hosted us in July is one of the best in Alba Adriatica, both for its proximity to the sea and for when you go out in the evening it is perfect

Seafront location, not very large room, with new furnishings and clean and comfortable, air conditioning, mini fridge, wi-fi connection, balcony facing the sea

On the beach a very welcoming area with lawn and games for children, shaded relaxation area with tables and chairs, vending machine for hot and cold drinks, toilets and showers that are always very clean, infirmary and closet

The swimming pool, where I recommend spending the afternoons, is well organized and also very clean. Most evenings there was a different show organized by the structure, however always sober for both adults and children

In addition, all the staff always friendly and helpful in all departments from the girls at the reception to the waiters. It was certainly a good experience and if we return to Abruzzo we will be back very gladly

A note of merit to all the staff in the dining room, on the floors, at the bar, at the reception, at the night porter and on the beach (and we hope not to have missed anyone), very professional and courteous
