Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Dinner was disappointing. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk. Slightly condescending and very reluctantly performed. Felt more like Paris than beachfront hotel in Italy.

Hotel clean, breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pool and Bar was closed guess 3rd & 4th week of Sept are off season. Great place to stay.

The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. We were here for the marathon event. We were given a room on another building which looked like abandoned hospital. The way was a bit weird, it had an abandoned pizzeria and when you exit you will see big garbage bins. The young girls at the reception was so slow that another girl helped here. Very well placed object - almost on the beach. Personel is very kind and helpfuull. We can check in earlier and check out later than usual. I spent two nights at Regent Hotel, having shared a room with my partner. The hotel is located south/ east of the bridge, meaning it is in a less central/ popular area of the city. Several drawbacks that could certainly be improved with more attentive service: the room was not cleaned well, the furnishings were dated, and breakfast was served later than expected by staff, who prepared it while several guests were already there.

After travelling across Europe for the last week is was great to stay in a decent, unfussy hotel with reliable facilities. It's a commercial part of the coast and the location reflects that but the hotel is excellent. I especially like the very secure parking.

I had to spend two weeks in Montesilvano at Grand Hotel. The rooms were fine, clean and the view was very nice. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need. There was a welcoming drink and snacks in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is really Nice and the people are kind but we stayed 3 days, and during 2 of them, there was a party near the swimming pool until 2 am with loud music, this was very annoying. On top of that, the cleaning ladies couldn't stop yelling near our room very early in the morning, every day... The swimming pool and grounds were fantastic. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with a very large modern TV with sky. Nice that they included a bidet aswell.

Having heard about Pescara beautiful sea front, we decided to give it a try and choose your place. We arrived late at night without booking. Reception was really helpful but the room, despite its size, wasn't as good as the reception. We couldn't get to turn the air con on, we boiled the whole night. No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach.
