Bathing caps for the pool? Ridiculous. Hotel desperately needs renovations. Location is good though.

Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Dinner was disappointing. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk. Slightly condescending and very reluctantly performed. Felt more like Paris than beachfront hotel in Italy.

Hotel clean, breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pool and Bar was closed guess 3rd & 4th week of Sept are off season. Great place to stay.

The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator.

Pastries were recycled from the day before. Scrambled eggs were not replenished. The quality was poor as it was dried up

I spent two nights at Regent Hotel, having shared a room with my partner. The hotel is located south/ east of the bridge, meaning it is in a less central/ popular area of the city. This is ideal if you wish to have a quieter stay, but still at walkable distance (20-25 minutes) to beach bars and shops north / west of the bridge. Several drawbacks that could certainly be improved with more attentive service: the room was not cleaned well, the furnishings were dated, and breakfast was served later than expected by staff, who prepared it while several guests were already there.

Lovely reception/check-in staff The check-in staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to help the guests. The shower cubicle is tiny, even for a small person, however the room is spacious and well maintained.

Had a great stay at this unique hotel in Pescara

No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach. There were two streets that separated me from the beach. They advertised a parking garage, but it was full, so I had to pay 2 Euros an hour to park on the street. I had to spend two weeks in Montesilvano at Grand Hotel. The rooms were fine, clean and the view was very nice. Would like to thank the maids, the chefs and the staff of the restaurants in the hotel, for their great service. Please change the pillows, too hard. and add some salads and Macedonia to the menu.

Right on the beach and comfortable The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

Silvi is a beautiful area and the Hotel Hermitage is a wonderful place to stay the service and accomendations are really great.With easy access to the beautiful beach and local area and being able to walk, ride or catch a train was really fun! The Hermitage Hotel is located close to other areas in the Abruzzo Region so it makes it a great destination. Iloved my stay and time in Italy!

The Hermitage Hotel in Silvi is top notch. The food is made fresh daily and the menu is new every single day! The views of the beach from the rooms are to die for. And lastly the staff are all so warm, welcoming and pleasant. Finally, the area of Abruzzo where Hermitage is located is one of the best kept secrets in Italy. You will not find cookie cutter souvenir shops or over priced/low quality restaurants...

Beach front with sea view hotel with free car park. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. I missed a coffee machine in my room. We requested room with best view and we got it. You can not control the temperature of a/c. It needs to be changed in the reception.

We were part of a big group of family and friends and everyone in the group agrees that the hotel is fab, the staff attentive and polite (and they speak English, French, German...) It was okay. For us its not a 4 stars hotel. Especially not the food. We were in a lot of hotels so far. But the level is not high. We just completed a 4 night stay in a triple room. The front desk, dining area, pool area, and entertainment staff are all positive with warm smiles and extremely helpful with any requests. The swimming pool and grounds were fantastic. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with a very large modern TV with sky. Nice that they included a bidet aswell.

The hotel is really Nice and the people are kind but we stayed 3 days, and during 2 of them, there was a party near the swimming pool until 2 am with loud music, this was very annoying.
