We just stayed at the Villa Maria Hotel & Spa for 1 night and had a great experience. It was the first time ever being in Francavilla al Mare and we are so happy that we chose this place

Also convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus down to the beach, where chairs are reserved for guests staying at the hotel. Some of the food in the restaurant was very nice, the seafood salad was really good

Excellent hotel with lovely pools and facilities. The gym is poor and shouldn’t have a surcharge, but everything else is great. Great staff, and the pool bar is very convenient

The room was clean, very spacious and I do recommend a view of the water—absolutely incredible. The property itself is very hidden and quiet. The hotel is very nice, kept very well and the breakfast was delicious

Enjoyed our stay at this resort near Pescara. Though it is away from town it is quiet and has beautiful grounds to enjoy. Normal rooms are on the smaller size

It’s a 20 minute walk to anything (each way) and the only way to and from the train station is by taxi which isjt cheap so bear that in mind

The Hotel is right on the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, the beautiful sea from the shallow water

The surrounding area is just a plain beach resort, with a lot of hotels, restaurants, bars and some stores. If you want to have a romantic or fancier experience look elsewhere

Fine hotel if you are running a large group business event and want to do it by the beach on a budget. Very attentive, some in an Italian friendly/humourous kind of way

The hotel has lifts to all floors and we were quite high with super views. There is a private beach and it is sandy with lovely clear, clean water. The location is perfect for walks along the beach and into town

Beach bar with the option of an all-inclusive package including draft drinks, coffee and cappuccino. Free parking is small, paid parking spaces are too narrow

Every year is always a confirmation and guarantee from all points of view. Kindness and accessibility are qualities that can be extended to all staff (directors, maitre, waiters, rescuers)

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style, always plentiful and of high quality. Kudos to the boys from the animation Moloko, always funny, real, but never intrusive

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Yes, the decor is somewhat set in the 1980s but the room was huge with a great shower room and two small balconies

This is our fourth stay at this hotel which I find perfectly suited to families. In fact it is like a small resort. All in one place, with no traffic or danger. From the room to the beach, the pool and sea right away

The hotel itself is modern and rooms are well appointed. The sundbeds at the beach have enough room and are clean and nice. Beach itself also very well maintained

I am not giving five stars because this year “animazione” (entertainment for kids and adults) has changed and they were really not up to crew of the previous years

Food is OK, I mean, it is expected, for sure enough choice and good service. personally I am not coming here for a culinary experience

Chilling vibes in the seating area of the beach. Very well maintained hotel, polite staff. Internet availability only in the reception, other places guest internet wasn't working

It was a great vacation for us.The staffs were very good and the mini club was awesome.Must recommend this hotel for family with little babies.last but not the least the food was so so delicious.

The staff is very kind; the food is good with different choices for lunch and dinner. The waiters and the reception are always at your complete disposal and very kind. The structure is very nice and well cared for

Excellent combination of pine forest and swimming pool and the sea just a few steps away. The rooms are spartan but with everything you need. After all it is always a 3 star. For me it is very good overall

There is a little market at 3 minutes away where you could buy fruits and over stuff to eat. The beach is very nice, with sunbeds you have to book at the reception ( 20$/room). Nothing to eat or to drink at the beach

Soap for the body, for intimate hygiene, excellently made towels. Super breakfast, both sweet with homemade cakes, and savory, with cured meats, eggs etc

You had to walk in heat for a couple of minutes to get to the next beach where there was a place with beer, sodas, icecream and sandwiches. The water is really shallow, perfect for little kids

The food is very tasty and varied. The staff are responsive, pay attention to everyone who lives here. There are two swimming pools in the hotel. The hotel is right on the Lungomare, there is a nice place to walk

Also, there are two big swimming pools in the hotel. Apartments are spacious and tidy. Staff cleans up apartments every day, this is why they are so clean and tidy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable

They are ready to help and they do it, it has been being verified during the whole of our staying here. The Hotel has a great view of the sea, it helps to distract from the war in my country

And there are a lot of different household appliances in the apartments. The full board is various and delicious. There are a lot of entertainment programs for kids

I've been here for a few days and I have to say that I chose really well for my children! Very large hotel with lots of spaces, excellent swimming pool with water park where my children preferred to stay instead of coming to the beach with me; the beach is very beautiful and above all very spaced out with umbrellas, perhaps the widest in Giulianova given that they do not take outsiders but only hotel...

I struggle to understand the negative reviews. The polite staff is hyper helpful. The very wide and well-equipped beach. Not to mention the variety of food

The varied food is always good, the room is beautiful and recently renovated with hydrophobia and especially for my husband the parking inside the structure. Well done the entertainment guys and the staff

Also no surprises to pay extra all inclusive as per the quote. I will return again next year. I hope I have been useful to people who are undecided which structure to choose

After all, I've been going back for 6 years and I'll do it again this summer. I highly recommend spending your holidays in this magnificent place

Just returned from a week in this hotel, we absolutely needed to relax after a rather "heavy" year, well we are totally satisfied, from the excellent food, the beach a stone's throw away, cleanliness both in the hotel and the beach, excellent services, very kind staff and always with a smile, clean sea, customers for the most part families and educated couples, an extremely well-kept and clean country...

It is absolutely impossible not to mention the most attentive, kind and fast waitresses ever: Triniti and Benedetta. Private beach a few meters from the hotel, always well kept and clean. Serious and professional owners

If we want to nitpick the room is a bit dated. However, all this is amply compensated by cleanliness, catering, beach, kindness and a rare predisposition to satisfy every customer's need

We just completed a 4 night stay in a triple room. The front desk, dining area, pool area, and entertainment staff are all positive with warm smiles and extremely helpful with any requests

Modern hotel with good rooms. Go for the double superior rooms with a beach view, it's worth it. Impressive swimming pool and has its own private beach area. Excellent value for money and friendly staff.

Very good location, located very close to the beach, just cross the street. Rooms are very clean and confortable, free parking inside. They have 2 pools, one located on the roof. Nice place for family with kids.

We always use the Hotel's beach when we stay in Montesilvano. The manager speaks great English, food an good, beach is clean and tidy. Excellent.

Thought we didn’t stay at the hotel but had a chance to experience a great warm attitude. Front desk helped us to print a ticket late in the evening. Highly recommended!

However the reason I give it a four star is because of the price. It is expensive and I think with that price other services need to be included in the cost especially as it is such a child friendly hotel

Rooms are quite friendly with sea view. Our holidays destroyed by very bad breakfast. Eggs and sausage lake the time. sorry but for so many days without any changes of breakfast menu it’s impossible

My parents stayed as guests and they had the most wonderful time. I was worried because of my father been on a wheel chair but the staff went over and behind to make sure my parents were comfortable

We returned yesterday from our stay at the Hotel Palmarosa. A simple hotel where you can relax. Excellent location on the seafront. The rooms appear to all have sea views

Very fast restaurant service, menu with a choice of three first courses and three second courses with the addition of fruit and dessert twice a week, water and wine included

So location of all envy, also considering the proximity to the "national" so close to any type of need. We are already thinking of returning in late summer a few days

The room was larger than I expected and, although not huge for four people, overall it was comfortable without that feeling of being on top of each other

Not very modern but very clean rooms, equipped with a large balcony with clothesline, daily cleaning with change of towels and sheets which pleasantly surprised us for being a three star hotel

The animation is made up of fantastic guys who think of entertaining all the members of the family, in addition to activities for both children and adults, there was never a lack of opportunity to chat

In the dining room the staff very present and helpful and the food we found quite good. We only found the beach too small and maybe the places seemed limited but we never ran out of umbrellas and sunbeds

Recommended for families with small children as there is a small room with fridge and kitchen where you can prepare what you want using broths and pastes that come directly from their kitchen

Great family hotel at short walking distance to the beach and to the main road were you can find shops and entertainment for all ages

Food is good with large breakfast buffet (croissants, bread, toast, pancakes, cheese, ham, eggs, 3 different kind of juices, jams, fruits, multiple coffees just to name a few), lunch and dinner have multiple choice options with a vegetable buffet always stocked and available

Excellent facility! We arrived at this hotel after escaping from a disastrous structure and were immediately welcomed with open arms. The owners are wonderful people as well as all the staff

They always offer games and activity for kids and adults. We had a 5 star experience with this hotel and will be returning again
