Best choice! Super nice owners, really clean hotel, nice rooms and perfect Location! You will not regret staying at "La Playa"!

A good family-run B&B, excellent breakfast, both the fresh croissants from the bakery and the lady's cakes. The only flaw are the mosquitoes, we had a nice little terrace but we couldn't sit down for a moment because they would come swarming and make me feel like a bagpipe. The hotel is a bit dated from abroad, but nevertheless we spent six relaxing days of excellent ☀️.

Rosangela, the owner, prepares fresh cakes for breakfast every morning!
She and her family are very kind and helpful, always ready to recommend places to visit and excellent restaurants.
The location is excellent! A 3-minute walk from the public beach of Sentina (a protected area and natural park), where the sea is beautiful and there are fewer crowds!
There are also equipped beach resorts (we prefer the public beach).
Parking is included and protected.
All amenities are available in the area: restaurants, supermarkets, take-out, etc.
It was a pleasant stay for a reasonable price!

This place is very convinient especially because we were heading to south of Italy and we needed a stop .The rooms are small but very clean,you have to pay for wi fi 5euro,breakfast was great and you pay separately but well priced.I recommend if you're not looking for anything fancy.

A pleasant confirmation after 3 years! Comfortable, simple and clean rooms. Family-run hotel where hospitality, courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness are the watchwords. Rosangela and Fabrizio make you feel at home! Ideal location, a stone's throw from the beach, the Sentina reserve but also from the center of Porto d'Ascoli. Area very rich in services of all kinds.

It would once have called itself a "pension". For my family it was a 5 ***** hotel. In a small apartment we had every comfort. Air conditioning, mini bar, daily cleaning and daily towel change. In addition, the bicycles that have made the holiday take on a pleasantness never experienced in so many years. Our every request has always been satisfied by the lady who, with her husband, manages the hotel with evident passion. A special breakfast with croissants and stuffed bombs and a different cake every morning. One step away from the sea with a splendid free beach or one of the well-organized chalets. Last but not least, they accept "peacefully" the holiday bonus. Highly recommended

Rosangela and Fabrizio, the owners, are very kind and it seems to be in the family. The hotel is clean and always perfumed with large rooms equipped with a safe and a refrigerator. There is a convenient parking area about 100 meters away and a wide selection of bicycles is available to guests. Excellent price/quality ratio
