Here you'll find quality services, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the incredible quality of the food, with fresh fish every day, in addition to the abundance of dishes. Free bike rentals for beautiful walks and excellent beach service. Not to mention Giancarlo, who, in addition to knowing how to do everything in the hotel, demonstrates elegance, friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Cristall in San Benedetto del Tronto is TOP: found by chance on booking having decided at the last minute to leave for a weekend at the seaside, it turned out to be an excellent choice for a holiday, albeit short, but relaxing on the Adriatic Riviera. Five Star Rating🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟:
First Star for the availability, friendliness and friendliness of the owners, Mrs. Milena and her husband, their son is also very cute.
Second Star for the location and services: the hotel is located directly on the seafront, a few steps from the beach and offers a strategic position to explore on foot or even by bike (provided by the hotel) the historic center of San Benedetto and the surrounding areas.
-Third Star for the welcoming and clean room, with a beautiful view of the sea.
-Fourth Star for the breakfast, abundant and excellent, with sweet and savory options. Homemade cakes!!
- Quinta Stella at the private beach a few steps away from the hotel...to welcome you a very polite and efficient "lifeguard" Mr. Antonio;
and at the private covered parking 600 meters from the hotel.

We are tourists from Russia, we were 2 times in this hotel from 15 August. We liked a lot this hotel situated in front of the sea. The rooms are simple but cleans, every day you can have the fresh towels. We had a room on the 5th floor sea view. The place is very quiet for people who prefer to relax, to swim in 5he clean water. The food was excellent : we had full pansionat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the hotel. Every day we have to choose the dish (3 dishes to propose). We love tha5 they give to taste another plates. For example, if you have chosen something, but finally you'd t like, they can propose another food.
Personal of reception and restaurant is very professional and kind. Especially we would like to notice Ricardo and Olga ( Russian who live here).
We were very happy to stay our second vacation here and of course, the sea was very clean and blue. We recommend this hotel to all tourists from all over the world

Milena and Giancarlo are perfect hosts and the same can be said for their children who follow in their footsteps perfectly.
We really appreciated the human side, how they make their guests feel at home and how much they work to meet everyone's needs. It's a very important thing, especially when traveling with a small child, as in our case!
The cuisine is excellent (the breakfast buffet is truly varied and of high quality, the vegetables for lunch and dinner are locally sourced, the dishes offered for lunch and dinner always vary and are very good), the service is attentive and professional, the beach it is opposite the hotel and very well managed.

Strategic location a few steps from the sea, bus stops and various services. Unguarded outdoor covered parking six hundred meters away, easily reachable via the bikes made available to the facility which are able to satisfy all customers but above all will allow you to move easily via the cycle path. Umbrellas very close to the structure included in the stay. Poorly equipped beach service but if you are looking for a bar you will find it just a few steps away. Kind and courteous dining room staff and owners, prepared and always available for any type of request. Breakfast not very rich and a little monotonous. Lunch and dinner passed with flying colors. Every day for both lunch and dinner, a choice of three first and three second courses is available, fish and dessert are never missing. Dishes prepared with taste, there was no shortage of novelties and above all all the dishes were very good. At both lunch and dinner the waiters offered various encores and there was never a shortage of various vegetables as a side dish. In my opinion this is a strong point of their catering. Unfortunately for us the room was not renovated and needs to be looked at again. In conclusion, a quiet family-run hotel without too many pretensions, some aspects need to be reviewed but overall it is a good solution if you want to stay in the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto enjoying a good location and excellent food. We'll be back.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Kindness and professionalism. Everything you ask for, the owner always satisfies her customers. Great food. They come by all the time if you want more. The location is excellent facing the sea with a beautiful cycle path for which the owners provide bicycles. Sea front. Excellent position. The sea is really very beautiful with a well-kept beach. I highly recommend it

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 8 days with full board from 2/9 to 10/9/2023. What can we say other than that we felt like we were at home, the spacious room, very beautiful and spotless, the wonderful breakfast with a choice of desserts, many of which they made, which could make any pastry shop jealous, so much so that my daughter, who is lactose intolerant, he found many for his intolerance. The meals always have different dishes every day and are plentiful and well looked after. The managers and staff are all very kind and always ready to fulfill every request. To conclude I must say that if anyone asks me where to go in San Benedetto del Tronto I will be happy to recommend the Cristall hotel, sure of not being denied.

Seafront hotel in San Benedetto. I found an excellent overall service, helpful and kind staff. Right rooms and spacious bathroom. Terrace with beach view. Good quality restaurant, always with a choice of fish. Sweet and savory breakfast with a wide choice of desserts, including homemade ones. The town center is about 1.5 km away but can be easily reached by shuttles or by walking along the seafront where there are various clubs with entertainment and music. Some bikes are available for customers to use. Beach service included. Covered hotel parking about 800 meters away.

Just a few meters from the sea, beautiful city and a nice hotel, clean room, nice bed, great beach have to come here
