As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

A very good value for money Hotel. It is located just ten minutes walk from the sanctuary of Saint Padre Pio and the cleanliness is impeccable.

Clean room, great shower, food was great staff were very friendly and helpful ,makes all the difference when travelling. Bus stop outside the gate is a great advantage €1 in to padre pio €1 back... Notice board in lobby great for additional information maybe add bus schedule.

Clean. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Fair breakfast. Toilet seat was tiny and not ergonomically designed, air conditioning did not seem to work in most of our group's rooms. Beds were very hard.

Great hotel very clean and the staff are very friendly. Pool is really nice with a lifeguard on duty all the time. I would highly recommend hotel parco dell rose if you are staying in San Giovanni Rotondo.

The perfect hotel for immersing yourself in this peaceful and serene setting. Excellent cleanliness, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If I had one small complaint, it would be the breakfast. A little more choice would have been perfect, but it was still excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Our bathroom was not clean. Mattress and pillows are hard as a stone

Staff were really helpful especially Pio from the breakfast area. The property was under renovation during the time that we were there so there’s some hint of construction dust when we checked in our room. Housekeeping was helpful in making it go away. I wasn’t aware that the property was undergoing major construction with a huge facelift in progress. Scaffolding outside the entire building. On on first seeing the hotel, I wondered if I was at the right hotel. What a mess! The layout of my room, a room with a terrace was not user friendly. No facial tissues, you had to use the one in the toilet!

The hotel inside was clean. The staff was friendly especially Francesco very helpful. Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The parking was included and great location by the elevators. Walked to all the historic sites and did not need to move the car. The thing that we did not like was the outside under renovation.

Found this to be the perfect place to stay when visiting Padre Pio. Right in the middle, so you can walk around 10mins, up towards the Church or you can go to the city centre, also around 10mins where restaurants and stores are. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are not great, but not terrible. The windows have shutters in case you want to sleep for a long time. We could hear other people through the walls and I'm pretty sure they could hear me as well because they laughed at the jokes my dad ignored. After booking this hotel (where I stayed one night) the expectations were not very high. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised: the location is good (a stone's throw from the Sanctuary), the rooms are spacious and well cleaned, the breakfast abundant and the managers very kind, friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay there. The landlord knew Padre Pio and has stories to tell. The hotel is authentic and that's exactly what I was looking for to come pray Padre Pio.

Good afternoon... We stayed at this property on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13. Annual Parish Pilgrimage. There were 63 of us. We had a great welcome, kindness and atmosphere of peace and tranquility what you need for a pilgrimage. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great restaurant. In summary, we have been peace. I recommend it for those who are going to San Giovanni Rotondo.

I put 3 stairs,because the persons were nice, the food were delicious, but for 2 nights I didn't sleep well because of the bad materasso.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great hospitality, friendly staff, clean room, tasty Italian dishes and great service! The kind waiters at the hotel restaurant allowed us in even though we were late for the required breakfast and luch times! Would go here again with a drop of a hat!

The value for money is really good. We just stayed one night and was super quiet. Is one of the hotels for people who are in pilgrimage (for the story of the town and Padre Pío). That was not our case, we just stayed in out way back home after a long trip. Breakfast, just as the Italian standard and service people were kind.

Nice little hotel, comfortable, providing all you basically need. Very close to the back of the lower (new) big church on the Padre Pio sanctuary site. Parking was good and we were able to leave our car parked there after check out so we could attend the Mass nearby. I can fully support the experience of the other guests. Very friendly staff, large and perfectly clean rooms, simple but tasty food. It's one single type of red wine, but it's a very good one. Today on 4/08/2021 we left the Rosa Marina hotel and I can tell you that we had a great time, nice and clean room.The helpful and friendly staff, we ate very well with local products and everything at an honest price and importantly, a stone's throw from the sanctuary. I recommend it.

I was in this structure for the occasion of a fiftieth wedding anniversary, very well celebrated in situ ... everything was perfect from the precious tablecloths to the refined and abundant menu, from the impeccable table service to the floral decoration, all well managed by the owners of the 'inn!!! Absolute loved this place. Booked a tour guide, some rental bikes and had a fixed lunch. All very well done. My son and I enjoyed the pump track of site and loved the tour of the Gargano with the rest of the family. Good and drink at the end were cooked and served really well

Great experience, from the beginning to the end, good price, great food, great attention.

The people were great. Very friendly and courteous. They offered a shuttle several times a day up to the Shrine of Padre Pio and would come and get you anytime you called. They have a very good Restaurant on the premises as well. This is ny second year staying at the Hotel

The breakfast was varied and served with a fresh, hot croissant as well. All meals are available on the property. I like that there was a shuttle from this hotel to the sanctuary at the top. There is a bus to and from Foggia that stops very close to this hotel.

The three points are exclusively for the welcome and courtesy of the staff, truly impeccable and nothing short of perfect .... for the rest ... rooms similar to those of a religious institute of ancient workmanship (mould in the bathroom, old furniture and everything very retro) ... embarrassing breakfast and school canteen lunch ... too bad for the price because with €90 per night one would expect...
