A hotel where many groups gather. It seems a bit far from the city. There's a swimming pool, and the room layouts vary considerably depending on the section you're in (newer or older). The bar is rather inefficient… we gave up trying to get a glass of white wine as an aperitif or with our meal. The staff isn't very welcoming (even rather curt). The room was clean but not very spacious. If you're near reception or by the pool… be prepared for noise until late at night. Of the three hotels on our itinerary, this was the least spacious and least pleasant, and the food was decent but nothing special. At breakfast… quite a few items were missing if you eat early.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and I highly recommend it. It's a huge building, yet equipped with every comfort. Spacious and clean rooms, a half-Olympic pool and a children's pool, and also within the hotel is the "Factory," a fantastic pub/burger joint/beer joint/pizzeria. If you want to visit the sanctuary but also have some fun, we highly recommend this hotel. Nando & Pia

We chose a mid-range room and received a triple room with a balcony. The pool (four 25-meter lanes with starting blocks) and the fitness center (equipped for weight training, dumbbells, and boxing) were excellent. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The air conditioning and refrigerator in the room were a bit weak. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The surrounding area, such as the Gargano coast, is a 45-minute drive away and offers opportunities for hiking and swimming.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

As a religious Padre Pio pilgrim, I loved all until shocked by full frontal nude painting in the same lobby as Padre Pio. This spoiled all the other wonderful things about the hotel.

Bathroom needs to be improve; no bathtub only shower, towels were like sheets not very comfortable. Breakfast only cold not impressed, dinner so so could have been better. Staff not very friendly. I was not impressed by this hotel certainly not a four star hotel.

The shower is not good, when you turn the fosset to the hot water, there is only a dribble of hot water... And the air conditioning does not work much. It was 27C all night
