The place is awful. It is NOTHING like the listing indicates! The room needed repairs & had nothing but a horrible old bed to sit on. It was cold, dark & depressing. There were dogs running all around the place & mating right in front of the room! Chickens, ducks & roosters crowing frim 3am on! NO free breakfast. No one soeaks English! The food in the restaurant is disgusting! In the middle if nowhere with nothing in walking distance & no public transportation. Like being on a farm with a bunch of Italian hillbillies!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!

We stayed for 1 night on our way from Pescara to Castallans Grotte. It was a magical find, beautiful place. Serene and scenic and staff lovely and welcoming

We chose a la carte, nice place, but we had problems with the bill!
And I'll tell you why:
When do they tell you like this ? Do you like this one? Don't think it's offered by the house, on the contrary!
We asked for fruit 🍊 they brought us a centerpiece full of mandarins, not even clean fruit, of which we only ate 3, we paid €16 for mandarins as fruit !!!
Hallucinating! What's more paid and not even consumed, they kept them!
And then the house dessert that wasn't even enough for 4 folders of us and a few other sweets for 15 people!!!
And this too paid as gold, a good 16€.
Not to mention the liqueur / coffee not even offered on the house 5 liqueurs €17 + 7 coffees €7 = €24!!! I don't know what's worse, the final hit is nice! I won't go back for sure and be careful if you decide to go don't accept anything else because it is not offered!
It's all a tactic to get you caught and then force you to pay absurdly!

Lovely place, sublime genuine cuisine with local products as well as having met hospitable owners especially the owner Franco

I have been attending this farm for some time, and I can only praise the work that Mr. Franco and all the staff do with real passion ... starting from the care and cleaning of the place both inside and outside (lovely) , passing through the kitchen where you can taste homemade dishes as expected in a real farmhouse, to conclude with the warm welcome that makes you feel at home, I can only highly recommend this place!

Bad experience
We stayed in this structure with the expectation of eating typical food and spending a peaceful day with the family. Unfortunately it turned out to be a very bad experience in terms of food, waiting times and zero guest care. We will not go back.

We were in this structure to celebrate a communion, what an experience to forget.
The food is certainly not what one might expect in a farm, with fresh food, but from the freezer.
Communicating the change of the menu (established days before) when you wait for the food I think is enough to describe the organization of the kitchen and the improvised and careless staff.
All of this led us to finish lunch at 9pm!
This is my personal experience, I won't go back but I hope you can improve from these mistakes.
