Hotel Del Levante in Torre Canne

We spent one week at Hotel del Levante, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience did not live up to its claimed 4 stars rating.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the sea view from the room. It was beautiful and relaxing. Also, the cleaning and parkings staff were polite and always had a smile, which we appreciated.

However, breakfast was a real disappointment. There was no warm food, items were rarely refilled, and it was often hard to find a place to sit, even though there seemed to be many staff members around. Unfortunately, the waitstaff were not polite, and their attitude created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. One morning, a waitress even threw something onto our table before we sat down, which was shocking and unprofessional. The breakfast experience felt below even a 2-star standard.

Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would personally rate it closer to 3 stars at best, mainly due to the poor service and subpar breakfast. With some improvements in hospitality and food service, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
