We enjoyed a super night here. The welcome was very warm and friendly, and the twin room we selected (as cheapest option!) was absolutely fine. Stayed on August 15th. Very friendly staff. Room was reasonably clean. Breakfast was average; the waiters stopped by several times to ask if you wanted to order more. My only complaint is that the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly (lots of hair on the floor and a dirty mirror). A bottle of water isn't included and costs €2 (this wasn't specified beforehand).

First and foremost- great service! I mean it's so hard to have any in Italy and here they prove they truly can! Rooms are decent. Location is awesome--public beach within 5 min walking and 2 more within 5 more min. The breakfast can be better, and more vegetarian friendly--saying this as a point of growth not as a real downside. Overall I do recommend this place!

Located close to a public parking lot, 5 min to the beach (which is not public except for maybe 5 meters) and City center with shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is neat, clean and quiet. Has A/C. The location of the hotel is very good as everything is in walking distance. There is also free parking just next to the hotel. The personal was very friendly and helpful. They assigned us a room that should have been deluxe, very small, the cleanliness of the bedside tables, desk and green velvet chairs left much to be desired and there was no support for luggage. Very nice family run hotel. Staff is very helpful and kind. Good spread for breakfast and excellent espresso and cappuccinos. The rooms are bit older which I don’t really mind. The beds are too firm for my liking.

While a lovely town, this area was overbuilt a while ago. For the price paid (160) the value just isn't there. At one point, this might have been grand, but it is a bit well loved (tatty) at the edges. Alll heart, but a remanant from another time.

We had a really good time at the Hotel Miranda. We booked last minute and got a great deal on a 4 bed room for a late booking. The room was spacious and had a small balcony. The bathroom was big enough, but there were a few hairs in the shower. Not a massive deal Breakfast was plenty and the outdoor space in front is gorgeous to play cards, read a book or relax. I spent perfect holidays in hotel Azzurro. Close to center city Varazze, train station, Lungmare Europe, beach, supermarket, and restaurants. The room is quiet, warm, light, has a balcony with see view. In room was everything, what I needed. Cleaning is every day. Delicious breakfast with fruits and different sort of cakes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the restaurant on this map, but it’s part of this hotel. It has the best food on the coast—Michelin level. And most importantly, the prices are very reasonable, even a bit lower than in the typical tourist cafés.

Rooms are comfortable, location is perfect on the main street (Aurelia) and facing the sea. 1 km from the town center which is reachable on foot too. Bus stop in front of it (preferably tickets to buy in 'tabacchi' shops. Personnel is neat.

I stay there for only one night. The hotel is very near to the centre and to the sea. Our room was big and confortable, the bathroom was very big. Good also the breakfast, the staff is kind.

Advantages: good location not far from the city center. Disadvantages: parking costs 10 euro, poor noise protection (roads with intensive traffic, basketball playground are quite close).

This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up.

Good hotel for 3 stars unfortunately next to a train station but you can't hear the trains at night. Rooms are good size and comfortable bed. The breakfast is ordinary but very nice. The staff at reception at breakfast and housekeeping are very nice. I recommend staying here if visiting varraze.

Such nice and cute hotel,the balcony view is wonderful with the pool and small garden. Breakfast was good,gluten free options and vegan milk options were no problem. The rooms are pretty and cosy. The beach is very near (5 min walk). Nice place also for the kids (pool has a lifeguard).
