I won't stay here again. The hotel has only been renovated on the outside.
Poor cleanliness. Rooms with broken and sagging outlets. Disgusting bathroom.

I had a major problem with the hotel. The man made a real mess and wouldn't let me in. He refused my reservation due to a Booking.com error, because I was with my little girl. I made a reservation for three people, two adults and a five-year-old child. He made me leave with a little girl at 7:40 PM. I felt terrible and lost because I didn't know what to do and look for another hotel. It was humiliating. I want a position with Booking.com and file a lawsuit against this situation.
This lady and her husband are mean and rude. They have no heart. Why would they do this to a mother and a little girl? I mean, they told me this only happens with foreigners. Our Italians aren't that smart. He was racist and biased towards us, Brazilians.
It's truly absurd.

I spent perfect holidays in hotel Azzurro. Close to center city Varazze, train station, Lungmare Europe, beach, supermarket, and restaurants.
The room is quiet, warm, light, has a balcony with see view. In room was everything, what I needed. Cleaning is every day. Delicious breakfast with fruits and different sort of cakes. Thank you and highly recommended!

We spent a short break in this hotel. It is a 2 star hotel, but honestly it left a very good impression on me. The owners very welcoming and helpful, the rooms very clean, the cleaning girls very kind.

Very kind. Clean and really simple hotel as we like it. No frills. They accepted our super good Amstaff but always big and fat without batting an eye. The two owners husband and wife are hospitable and clearly experts in the sector. Perfect balance between expense and yield. Well done. We come back for sure. Daniele and Beatrice.

We had a great time, for sure we will be back. Thanks to the manager and all the staff, friendly and very welcoming. A greeting to the granddaughter of the manager, she is a beginner, but she will certainly be able to honor the commitment proposed to her. Thanks to my friend Cippi for making me discover this enchanting place
