Hotel Le Palme in Varazze

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The room itself was well-appointed, with comfortable beds, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

However, there was one area that could use some improvement: the cleanliness of the rooms. While the main areas of the hotel were spotless, the room could have benefited from more thorough cleaning. It wasn't a major issue, but small details like dust on the furniture and a slightly musty smell detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning to this hotel. With a bit more attention to room cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to offer a truly exceptional stay.

Very convenient central location, a minute walk from the beach and a minute walk from the center. Very convenient supermarket in front. Lots of parking nearby. Dated room but with all the comforts. Good breakfast, both salty and sweet. Excellent value for money

I booked a single for my mother-in-law. The period was the week of August. I do not hide that I was afraid of finding the usual Ligurian structure, cheap and not very helpful. Instead I was truly surprised positively, by the kindness and attention shown to customers. Do not expect luxury, do not expect first fruits and high-tech accessories, but if you want to find a clean solution, where the food is more than good and abundant and an excellent service, well this solution is perfect. (let's not forget that we are in Liguria!!!!) truly excellent experience.

POSITIVE:
Great value for price. Very authentic hotel from outside, nice garden! Accepted earlier check-in.

NEGATIVE:
We arrived on Saturday around 12pm and were driving around for 30min to find a parking, since there were not available parking in hotel.

In general it was the cheapest option in the whole zone and it was a pleasant stay. The isolation is not the best, we could hear the baby crying all night in the room next to us 😅

Our room was old, but again for the price we payed it was fair enough ☺️
