This property is beautiful, with a very chic room and a perfect bathroom. Everything was there. However, I can't understand why some B&Bs don't offer breakfast; it would be the real highlight. It's called a "bed and breakfast" for a reason. The property's location is strategic, just a few kilometers from Ortona, and the interior is truly beautiful. Everything is self-contained, as the key is left in a combination lockbox right by the door. My room was very nice and clean, and the housekeeping service was there, and they actually tidied everything up. Otherwise, I give it my all.

Well... I'm only giving one star because 0 isn't possible! The filth I found in that bathroom is unimaginable. It's a shame I didn't take photos before I started cleaning MYSELF. Brown, gelatinous pee drops on the rim that had been there for I don't know how long. Black hairs in the bed. Poop from some kind of animal near the wall! I didn't dare touch the towels, because at this point I don't know how long they could have been there!
In short, I don't recommend it, even for free!

Wonderful. Exceptional owners. Helpful. After long travels, relaxing in this B&B is a blessing. They're the same owners as another B&B where we've already had a wonderful time. I loved this one even more because it's located in a small alleyway, which I adore. I highly recommend this place, and the owner is a wonderful person. Extremely clean. You feel right at home. The room is wonderfully warm. 3 more 🌟. Thank you.

We slept in the suite upstairs, it had a very clean bathroom and a big private terrace. Owner was very kind and helpful.

The property is located in a very quiet hamlet of Ortona, with free parking just a stone's throw away. Self check-in is carried out (very simple) because as I understand it, the owner is never present.
The house is old but completely restored in a modern way, leaving ancient elements too.
The feeling inside the room was not thorough cleaning, especially in the bathroom where there was water on the floor next to the shower tray ... and the cup had not been cleaned well. The lack of adequate soap dispensers (or disposable sachets) also affected the negative judgment of the structure ... in fact, in the shower there was only an almost finished bottle of soap which was not enough to take 3 showers.
Another negative aspect concerns the walls, visibly damaged with marks, scratches and holes ... a paint and a little stucco would be enough.
I'm sorry but I don't feel like recommending it given the price not exactly cheap (without even breakfast).

Nice place ... diacrete cleaning ... high price compared to the position in which it is located and there was no breakfast ... more than bed and breakfast it should be reported as a hostel ... breakfast is a must service if yes advertises as b and b.
