This very good hotel and service as well. I come here with my husband and they give us room with balcony right in front of the beach...why that special? Because you can enjoy coffee and watching a lot of white birds and aircraft both landing or take off due to hotel very near with the airport

A pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms. Nothing luxurious, but attentive service. Strategically located, just steps from the sea and a ten-minute walk from the center. The scooter rental included in the room rate was much appreciated. Breakfast could be improved, but the breakfast lady is fantastic: friendly, lively, cordial, and energetic.

Just returned from a holiday on this beautiful island and I would immediately leave again!! I stayed in this hotel with young and friendly staff ... (I felt at home) Strategic location, excellent cleanliness and also very good food ..... Only downside: perhaps the breakfast buffet needs to be revised a bit ... but x the rest all very very good!!!

We stayed at the Medusa hotel in July 2022 and recently returned again this year. The first thing that struck us were the internal colors of the structure which fully reflect the colors of the wonderful Lampedusa, the light blue of its sea. The rest was done by Mrs. "Concetta" and Mr. Giuseppe (ancients of the trade) Very attentive not only to the "colors" to be respected in their tradition... but...

I've been here for a while. Rooms are clean, yet not standardised in size and equipment. Some are bigger and some smaller. In some they have electric kettles, tea & coffee for non-italian guests, while in others they lack. Some have decent wifi coverage, while in others wifi signal strength is unstable and it disappears, making difficult to work remotely. And it is all for the same price. Personnel...

A remarkable hotel, in an excellent location in the center of Lampedusa. We stayed in early September and the weather was fantastic. The super friendly staff welcomed us at the start of our holiday, explaining how to visit the island and guiding us throughout our stay. The room was tidy, clean, and fragrant, with all the amenities. The best part was breakfast, everything delicious and with a wide selection...

The hotel is comfortable, the images on the website match the spacious rooms/suites, the staff is extremely kind. It is located in the city center, with restaurants, pharmacy, port, car rental stores, bus stop nearby. Great wifi. Simple breakfast. They provide a transfer to/from the airport.

We stayed 7 days in this property which has a strategic position. Quiet, clean and well-kept facility. Super breakfast, plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. Courteous, polite staff and a lot of professionalism. Super welcoming, any wish is fulfilled, you want the mask for the sea satisfied, you want the umbrella satisfied, shower before leaving satisfied. Excellent hotel in everything. In the morning you are greeted by the receptionist Luca, a kind and professional person. Thanks to Luca you have the opportunity to book the boat tour and the means of transport needed to move around the island, as well as the excellent ability to describe in just a few minutes the best coves on the island and the most beautiful places to visit. Strategic and quiet location, structure a little "lived in" but clean, quiet and well-kept. All air-conditioned rooms. Room (303) a little small, the bathroom clean but the furnishings absolutely need to be renovated (especially the shower). Thorough cleaning and large terrace with good views. Excellent location in the city center. Close to the train station and the airport bus stop. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful; they even served us a little breakfast at 5:00 a.m. before we left. 100% recommended.

Amazing experience, Giuseppe the director made us feel very comfortable and sat us down to go over a map of Lampedusa and different areas on the island. We appreciated his time especially as newcomers! He even went out of his way to arrange a scooter delivered to the hotel for us. We dined at the Resort's restaurant, decorated in an elegant and romantic style. Very inviting menu with a wide choice of starters, first and second courses. We took a first and a really delicious appetizer, shame about the grilled fish: they brought us two slices of swordfish and a squid and unfortunately one of the two swordfish was overcooked and chewy on the palate, so we were unable to eat it...

The evening of August we decided to spend it in this place. We booked through the fork with the fear that, being a special evening, we could have some hitch during dinner .. we were very wrong! The location is wonderful, it is a very suggestive farmhouse. The food was of the highest quality, as well as the staff, super competent and skilled in directing the choices according to the tastes of the customers...

For the cuisine and the location it deserves the 5 stars, unfortunately we were unfortunate to have rude neighbors who forced us to have dinner with an unbearable cartoon background. Out of the control of the manager, an excellent person, who with the help and collaboration of his wife, Ms Rosaria, an excellent chef, has created a beautiful project. The most beautiful terrace is at La Calandra Resort - Lampedusa. A resort made up of traditional dammusi, this resort offers new features every year, always meticulously renovated. The breakfasts are incredible, the evening aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the sea as far as the eye can see, and what about the daily outings on the resort's majestic sailing ship, the Caicco Asensena?
