Definitely outdated and in need of maintenance ... broken things in the rooms are not replaced or left broken. The staff tries to remedy all this with really helpful and welcoming attitudes, always with a smile on their faces. The cleaning girls are also good, really efficient and helpful. Big flaw is the breakfast, served in the nearby restaurant where you often see a little folkloric discussions among the staff. Apart from drinking a coffee in a kind of poorly ventilated plastic greenhouse, breakfast is really poor and sad, and the person in charge should be able to crack at least a half smile if only out of courtesy. Furthermore, all this does not justify the really not cheap daily price for the service offered.

This is a small hotel in Lampedusa harbour - ok as position 300 meters from Guitgia beach! The place has nothing exceptional but still has everything you need to have comfort - air conditioning, spacious rooms, helpful staff! The breakfast in the Gemelli restaurant is a bit poor and if you want to eat you have to be there early in the morning- the finished food is not replaced!
