Hotel O'scià in Lampedusa Village

I put 4 stars and not 5 as the hotel needs maintenance. There are mold issues in the corridors and in the Hall due to water infiltrations that must be solved. Additionally during our stay the lift did not work. Rooms are nice but definitely showers need a change.
On the other hand, I must tell that:
- the personnel, in particular Luca, was extremely nice and helpful.
- the breakfast was really good. Exceptional croissants.
- the location was very close to via Roma and with a big parking space.

A remarkable hotel, in an excellent location in the center of Lampedusa. We stayed in early September and the weather was fantastic. The super friendly staff welcomed us at the start of our holiday, explaining how to visit the island and guiding us throughout our stay. The room was tidy, clean, and fragrant, with all the amenities. The best part was breakfast, everything delicious and with a wide selection. Our experience was truly exceptional, we will definitely be back.

The hotel is comfortable, the images on the website match the spacious rooms/suites, the staff is extremely kind. It is located in the city center, with restaurants, pharmacy, port, car rental stores, bus stop nearby. Great wifi. Simple breakfast. They provide a transfer to/from the airport.

We stayed 7 days in this property which has a strategic position. Quiet, clean and well-kept facility. Super breakfast, plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. Courteous, polite staff and a lot of professionalism. Thanks to Giuseppe for the precious advice from the beaches to the restaurants in the evening, to Luca for his availability for all our requests and also to Serena for the super cappuccinos she prepares in the morning! Super welcoming, any wish is fulfilled, you want the mask for the sea satisfied, you want the umbrella satisfied, shower before leaving satisfied. Excellent hotel in everything. In the morning you are greeted by the receptionist Luca, a kind and professional person. Thanks to Luca you have the opportunity to book the boat tour and the means of transport needed to move around the island, as well as the excellent ability to describe in just a few minutes the best coves on the island and the most beautiful places to visit. A round of applause also to the receptionist colleagues in the afternoon and night, always kind and present at all times. At the reception, included in the price, you can collect beach towels and umbrellas to use on the beach. The breakfast is excellent, you are pampered in the morning by the delicacies prepared by Serene and Elettra, very nice and super professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the ladies on the floors are friendly and able to satisfy any requests. It feels like home, an experience absolutely worth repeating.

Strategic and quiet location, structure a little "lived in" but clean, quiet and well-kept. All air-conditioned rooms. Room (303) a little small, the bathroom clean but the furnishings absolutely need to be renovated (especially the shower). Thorough cleaning and large terrace with good views. Abundant and varied breakfast (sweet and savory) with many specialties and delicious homemade products. Cuisine (dinner) with limited but very good choices, with typical dishes and fresh fish. To underline the courtesy and helpfulness of all the hotel staff, who really made us feel at home. Considering the quality/price ratio, accommodation to be recommended to those who are not necessarily looking for a luxury structure, but a comfortable and human-scale hotel. I will definitely be back!

Great location

I went to Lampedusa with my boyfriend for the summer holidays in August. Strategically recommended hotel. I have never found such a warm welcome, kindness and helpfulness among the hotels that I have experienced. A special thanks to all the people who work in this hotel starting with Luca at the reception who explained perfectly what we could and where we had to go to visit the sea of ​​Lampedusa in the best possible way, including the restaurants with their typical dishes, for example. Ivan and Elettra at breakfast who in the morning with their smiles welcomed us and served us breakfast in the best possible way. A rich and varied breakfast that pleased everyone, to Marco who came to pick us up and just take us to the airport, to the cleaning ladies who are always kind and helpful, ready to meet and satisfy you. The hotel also offers beach towels, an umbrella for the beach as needed and an ice bag with ice lollies to keep the water cool. Lampedusa is a splendid tourist destination for its sea that leaves you breathless, a mandatory boat tour of the island because it allows you to see the island from another point of view and is organized, if you want, by the hotel that entrusts you with safe hands, thanks to Mr. Pasquale, skipper of the ship. I will definitely return to Lampedusa but I will also return to the O 'Scià hotel where the people who work there give their soul in what they do to make you feel at home and they succeed perfectly.
