A pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms. Nothing luxurious, but attentive service. Strategically located, just steps from the sea and a ten-minute walk from the center. The scooter rental included in the room rate was much appreciated. Breakfast could be improved, but the breakfast lady is fantastic: friendly, lively, cordial, and energetic.

Just returned from a holiday on this beautiful island and I would immediately leave again!! I stayed in this hotel with young and friendly staff ... (I felt at home) Strategic location, excellent cleanliness and also very good food ..... Only downside: perhaps the breakfast buffet needs to be revised a bit ... but x the rest all very very good!!!

We stayed at the Medusa hotel in July 2022 and recently returned again this year. The first thing that struck us were the internal colors of the structure which fully reflect the colors of the wonderful Lampedusa, the light blue of its sea. The rest was done by Mrs. "Concetta" and Mr. Giuseppe (ancients of the trade) Very attentive not only to the "colors" to be respected in their tradition... but also and above all in customer care. You feel at home. You are at ease in everything and you are looked after, pampered and advised on everything. At the same time very attentive not only to the needs of customers but also to respect their spaces and their privacy. Impeccable staff, excellent cleanliness and comfort. This year we also found a new and young staff starting from chef Vincenzo Di Palma who prepared sea delicacies for us in all its varieties (abundant dishes and a different menu every evening). We appreciated the presence of the impeccable lounge manager "Alex". The youngest in Italy (20 years of age) but with solid experience and professionalism that has already brought him very high. I've been here for a while. Rooms are clean, yet not standardised in size and equipment. Some are bigger and some smaller. In some they have electric kettles, tea & coffee for non-italian guests, while in others they lack. Some have decent wifi coverage, while in others wifi signal strength is unstable and it disappears, making difficult to work remotely. And it is all for the same price. Personnel is the best part of this place, which is necessary to underline and clearly articulate. They are extremely hospitable, funny, friendly and approachable. And of course always at service. In spite of these few inconveniences with rooms, in general I encourage you to book a room here and I will certainly visit this place often.

A beautiful hotel reality. Sober in its elegant being. The owners directly manage the hotel which, among other things, boasts a respectable, balanced cuisine, which uses excellent raw materials that are very well packaged and presented. The services provided, present at 360 ° but never invasive, help the stay to pass smoothly and happily. GOOD !!!
