Nicolo, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. He's helpful with everything and gives great recommendations. The breakfast is delicious, and there are always some nice surprises. The beach is easily accessible on foot. It's a very short walk to the city center.

We traveled to Sicily for a short break. We booked at very short notice. The accommodation is excellent, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are two beaches in the town, both within walking distance. We rented a car at the airport at short notice, as we couldn't find a transfer service. Palermo is easily accessible and a beautiful city. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic.

I am an experienced traveler and I cannot remember the last time I left 5 stars at a B&B but this one exceeded all expectations! Great staff! The room was very clean! Will definitely visit again!

Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were.

Parking is easy and location is convenient for Palermo Airport. We were there in the winter but it looks like it would be lovely in warm weather. We enjoyed the dinner there and appreciated not having to drive off site.

We booked the hotel because there of the swimming pool… which is reserved to the wedding guests only. The available swimming pool is in a second hotel, 10min away by car! Clearly this is not communicated on the hotel description The hotel was nice, service was minimum

Very nice and comfortable room organised over 2 levels, rich breakfast, huge garden to explore (they do receptions and weddings but is also good for a stroll)

Left too early to have breakfast

This resort is in a small town, and when we went, it appears the travel season for this town was over. It was VERY quiet and you kind of felt awkward as there were so few people around, which is to bad as the facility was really nice. A few things were a bit dissappointing, such as the size of the pool and that the beach was a bit of a walk once you got on the pier. The hotel only had breakfast buffet...

Superior sicilian hospitality. Wonderful breakfast with vast variety of types of food and pastries combined with magnificent, panoramic views from the breakfast terrace. The owners were extremely friendly and service minded, and did their utmost to accommodate our needs. A highly memorable experience that we strongly recommend.

Gorgeous location, great food, loved the animals. My only quibble was the lack of wifi due to the location of the hotel. Connection was ok in the main building but we had no service in our room. This is not unusual for the area as it is out in the country and not in the city.

Paradise Everything was perfect. We should have stayed much longer! The home made food was delicious; and soooo much food for the price! The pool is clean and relaxing.

Fabulous place in the Balestrate countryside, unique for its historical past. Close to the sea with beautiful clean beaches, free and serviced. The owners are helpful and friendly, the staff kind. We spent 15 days with the family (3 generations) in this beautiful and historic baglio immersed in the vast countryside with entirely organic cultivation and we had a great time.
