Costa Azul in Balestrate

I highly recommend this hotel, giving it 5 stars. It's perfect for couples with children and/or people who want to unwind and spend time by the pool or the beach. Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly at reception. After checking in, we went up to our room. As soon as I opened the door, I could smell a wonderful aroma. The room was sparkling clean, and the bathroom was sparkling white. (Thanks to Maria.) The rooms are well-furnished, and everything is new. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always eager to help. They make you feel at ease right away. I highly recommend it. The pool area is clean, and there are showers and restrooms nearby. The beach, with its sand and pebbles, is just a few steps away.

Fantastic overall hospitality. My lodging experience at Hotel Costa Azul (in Balestrate, Palermo Sicilia) made my entire visit all the more enjoyable.

Ownership, Management, and Staff are welcoming and professional. If you plan to visit the metropolitan area of Palermo, I highly recommend the Hotel Costa Azul.

Leonardo and Gabriella are amazing owners of this establishment in Belstrate, Italy!

Awesome location with clean rooms, air conditioning via mini splits, an excellent pool, breakfast daily with complimentary caffé.

Walking distance to downtown. If need be, shuttles provided by Leonardo are incredibly helpful and I cannot say enough about the amazing hospitality that my partner and I received, they made us feel like family. 10/10 will recommend!

The family that runs the hotel are very hospitable and attentive. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The beach and town are a close walk away. The food is great! This is the place to be!

Very friendly hotel

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Costa Azul, this Hotel is lovely. Extreemly clean, family run and managed, with great emphasis on creating a proffessional image. Maria & Daniella, Linda & Lydia were always avaliable to answer any questions and make your visit pleasant. We had a standard double room which was very comfortable and relaxing, although situated by the railway the trains ran a minimal service. Food was quite adequate, breakfast is continental and dinner was pre-ordered in the morning. The external dining area was by the pool. The location was fine -with transport, quite a walk from town by beach - but town was quaint with fantasic seafood resturant, nice bars and wow what a lovely ice cream parlor. I reccomend a car, so much to see, amazing views and so many places to visit. The train from Balestrate to Palermo is well worth the trip. Loved Segresta, San Vito, Caslemare del Golfo all accessable by car. The rubbish is a problem you will encounter in Sicily it is not a problem of the hotel although the management endevour to address this issue. Would return with no hesitation, I felt we had a real glimpse of what Sicily could offer, Loved it !!

A great hotel, location and staff. Clean spacious rooms, a refreshing pool, and service that makes you feel part of the family. Walking distance to the beach and town. Comfort and location with genuine hospitality.

Eccentrically Charming in everyway. 18 rooms I think, out of the way very modern. Go for a walk down a lane, under the railway bridge and be surprised by a wonderous beach, sandy long & deep. Food was good to excellent. This place would be quite crowded in the height of the season as a lot of Italians go there. But the hotel has a very good pool & very friend staff. Car park is a short walk away but that in itself is part of the charm.
