Stanze del Mare in Balestrate

We recently stayed at this stunning villa in Sicily, and it exceeded our expectations! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and occasionally delivering fresh pastries in the morning. The private pool was cleaned each morning before we woken up, and the well-kept garden featured an outdoor shower room, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbeque. The villa itself was high standard and more beautiful than in the pictures, very spacious, and a short walk from the beach.

The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with plenty of privacy and no close neighbours. We had direct access to the beach, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again. Five stars!

staff, location and room :)

Wonderful hotel
Highly recommend!!!
Clean, friendly staff, rooftop breakfast, close to beaches

Nicolo, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. He's helpful with everything and gives great recommendations. The breakfast is delicious, and there are always some nice surprises.

The beach is easily accessible on foot.

It's a very short walk to the city center.

We traveled to Sicily for a short break. We booked at very short notice. The accommodation is excellent, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are two beaches in the town, both within walking distance. We rented a car at the airport at short notice, as we couldn't find a transfer service. Palermo is easily accessible and a beautiful city. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic.

Great experience
Huge kitchen and bathroom.

I am an experienced traveler and I cannot remember the last time I left 5 stars at a B&B but this one exceeded all expectations! Great staff! The room was very clean! Will definitely visit again!

Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were.

Nicolo is a fantastic host and the room was pristine and beautifully cold with silent air conditioning. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely and a fab view of the sea. I can recommend this place 100%. Great central location and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nicolo for being so understanding.

Nicolo was an incredible host, extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable.
He went out of his way to help us and let us check in early due to our flight hours.
I would recommend this accommodation to my family and friends. Me and my husband will definitely return to this location.
