Don’t ever think of staying here. I had horrible experience staying here for 2 nights. The rooms are stinky, unhygienic and bugs all around. The caretaker is a criminal staying there and has links with local thief for robbery. Not at all safe for ladies or family person. Disgusting, pathetic and horrible place to stay. Police should look at this and freeze this listing.

They treated me when I left a bad review on booking.com.
Don’t expect to find a good welcome here.
Rooms are stinky and if you left anything inside the flat consider lost because you won’t get back.

3-5minutes walk fr train/bus station.
Beside supermarket and Asian restaurants.
Very accommodating. We had a great stay on this hostel. Highly recommended 100%

Check in was absolutely awful. Had to call person that arrived 10 min later to let us in and do check in. He then tried to trick us to pay extra cash for city tax which is 2 euro per person however he made us pay 4 person. Very unpleasant approach and very unwelcoming.
Room was super noisy. We were awaken several time by people living next door, traffic outside eg. Wall must have been made of paper! Hot water was really tricky to get.
Check out was very stern, no questions asked about stay. Just a node.
Again, same person, very unpleasant. We shall definitely NOT stay there again

Close and handy.
Grocery store 1 block away. Mestre station 2 minutes walk. The room has good space. There is a small dining room with refrigerator where you can bring your food and eat it.

All in all not a bad hotel, shared kitchen and refrigerator. They use old style key locks that takes some getting used to. But not as noisy as the reviews made it out to be granted I was there on the weekend and not weekday.

The place was good, near the bus and train station, however, when I did the reservation said that the breakfast was included, but when i arrived I was told it wasn't, also on my last night I had some pretty loud neighbors, made my stayed quite uncomfortable, unfortunately.

Not accept credit card even though in the website mentions that ( I also confirmed before arrival that I can use credit card but she refused that once I arrived) However, that not a big deal, the whole large room with hanger and private bath room, dryer, warmer and ALL facilities were included within 37 euro ! I stayed in another 2 places in Venice and Mestre before moving to this B&B to be closer to the train station, I like here,I'd highly recommend this one! Con: during the night is a bit scary for solo female traveller as there are homeless guys ( I think) group in the park, ..and the wall is VERY thin , you will hear anything from next room.
