We loved this hotel, when you first arrive it seems like you are in the middle of nowhere, however once you find the layout of Venice the hotel is in a great position - if you don’t mind walking 10mins. Close to water taxis from the airport circa 5mins, train station is approx 10mins walk. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are great, typical Venetian style decor. Warm and cosy. Couple of nice wine bars locally, see picture, and the Prosecco is amazing at circa 4euros a glass. Enjoyed the place and would return.

The most pleasant hotel in Italy that I have visited. Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and especially a beautiful historic room where they serve exceptional breakfasts. I will gladly recommend the hotel to my friends. The location is ideal, everything is easily accessible, at the same time you have a quiet place. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant 4 days!

First time to Venice, and we wanted to make sure it was special by staying in a hotel that we could call home for a few days. The Arcadia Boutique Hotel overdelivered! The staff was super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Claudio, Manuel and the entire front desk team were super detailed in their recommendations for everything from restaurants, gondolas and the incredible sights of Venice. Not to be outdone, the breakfasts were magical in the iconic sitting room and we loved the superb and super nice and friendly staff there too. A trip of a lifetime to Venice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are well-appointed and quiet, and the location is a convenient walk to the station and vaporetto stops.

My wife and I had a beautiful time at this lovely boutique hotel, everyone was so pleasant, wonderful complimentary breakfast, fresh made cappuccino, plenty of food variety including fresh fruits, the room was very clean and comfortable, great views. We so loved the few days we spent there, we definitely will book again, grazie a tutti voi !!

we had a lovely stay because of ELENA at the reception - she is a hospitality professional like we’ve never experienced - so kind and helpful - even before we arrived as I requested very specific help with parking options both on and off the island - she happily accommodated - THEN she gave us recommendations that MADE our 3 night stay in Venice spectacular - we tried them all!! I highly recommend this hotel for location, comfort, breakfast and service - do not miss Vino Vero for the best ciccetti and wine and Al Timon for the florentine steak platter

Overall, it's a good place, very much like Venice, and you can experience what it's like for ordinary people to live in Venice. Breakfast is from 7:30-10:30, and the variety is quite good. The waiters are all nice, but the room is small and has a bit of a peculiar smell.

I booked a room here through *******. It was listed as a single room, which I assumed meant a single bed. When I checked in I found out it was actually a twin bed. My girlfriend and I did not care since we were tired and just wanted to sleep.

The staff denied us the room, saying it was for security reasons, even though we both presented our passports exactly the way we would at any other hotel. I asked about every possible option to resolve the situation, including paying extra or upgrading to a larger room, and they refused them all. They still would not issue a refund.

After exhausting every option to handle this politely I was left with no choice but to leave and book another hotel at my own expense. This was not a cancellation. It was denial of service and an unacceptable experience. Avoid this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 days in July. It’s the most cutest place ever. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows as well. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the basket with essentials next to the sink was really useful. The hotel staff were amazing as well. The polite and respectful nature together with the friendliness was a nice change from other hotels. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options that were well protected by covers so everything stayed fresh. The desserts were delicious. It’s a rather quiet place which is great for a good vacation.
Great for long and short stays and we would definitely do it again.
