Comfortable beds, good shower, rather spacious room. However, emergency light came on once at 8am, needs to be fixed. Room temp is 22C at all times, which is enough. No noise during the night, as road is almost empty. Breakfast is below average. Floor is not properly cleaned.

Stayed for a week. Dinner and breakfast was included for a really reasonable price. Each evening you can have a choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses. Before that you have a salade buffet and after that there is always at least 3 desserts to chose from. Wonderful stay! We had dinner included and it was such a treat every night. Food was delicious and the staff all go out of their way for you, accommodating late arrivals and early starts. A short 20/25min easy drive to get up to Cervinia where there is lots of free parking by the lifts makes it a great base for skiing. Would highly recommend!

We booked here because we wanted to be near the Matterhorn and the Swiss side was triple the fee per night. The views are amazing, the staff attentive and kind. We booked massages and the sauna. It was extremely relaxing and they were phenomenal with our service dog. We will be back.

Arrived on December 26th, we waited beyond the time communicated for check in for over an hour ... only to find the bungalow still full of dust. The bar service closes at 8pm ... absurd, even though the lady in charge of service is kind and helpful. Positive: The place is really nice with a great view. A lot of hike options can be done (the one we did was to La Magdalene and then to Chamois which was really nice, easy and took around 6 hours to go there and get back calmly). I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.

The hotel was easy to find and close to the highway. It is centrally located with close proximity to the centre restaurant/shop area. Also close to the casino. The reception/front desk staff were very accommodating during check in and very helpful explaining the parking options. The breakfast buffet staff was also attentive.

Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. Amazing service. All the staff are kind and very helpful. This feels more like staying with a family than at a hotel. The room is spacious and the bed is just perfect- not too hard not too soft. Big and very clean old fashion rooms. The reception ladies were very welcome and helpful. The view from our first floor room was beautiful. The mini van to the cable car was very useful. I have just returned from a wonderful 8 night stay in this family run hotel. It is the 5th time I have stayed here. The staff are all welcoming and cannot do enough for the guests. The rooms have all been improved with new bathrooms and are very comfortable. The food is classical Italian and so, so tasty. I can’t say enough positive things about this home from home.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in typical alp style design/interieor. Classic Italien breakfast such as cakes and white bread and good coffee. Service minded host. Great value for money stay. Spent a lovely week with my daughter, skiing in nearby Champoluc. The hotel was comfortable and very reasonably priced, clean and well run, and provided an excellent breakfast. The staff were super helpful. Free ski storage is available right by the ski lift, so no need to bring equipment back to the hotel. For us it was a great alternative to staying in Champoluc itself.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

Stayed for three nights in early July 2013 on a half board basis. Excellent location facing Fenis Castle. Good three-star structure, well-furnished and clean rooms. The strong point is the breakfast, truly rich in local products and excellent quality homemade desserts. The hotel is practically a stone's throw from Fénis castle (a marvel). Kind and helpful staff, special thanks to the guys from the "Etico" project....well done👏
