Maison Tissiere Hotel et Cuisine in Antey-Saint-Andre

Most welcoming most warm most relaxing experience ever.. The owner is very freindly and hosting.. Although we were a big group yet she makes our experience very good and comfortable.. The food was also had Halal choices specially for us and it was very good and the desserts was delicious 😋

Very cozy accommodation, SPA and excellent dinners. Very good wine selection in the restaurant and cozy atmosphere with a real fireplace. All the staff are very polite and helpful.

We spent a wonderful week skiing over New Year, based at the Maison Tissiere. From the moment we arrived to a very warm welcome, we had such a lovely experience. We are a family of 4 and were in one of the family rooms which was more like a mini apartment, with separate sleeping areas and a lovely terrace with views. We were staying half board so were able to enjoy a generous breakfast and 4 course dinner every day, and the vegetarian in the group was well looked after. The spa is a fabulous extra, and for a small extra fee you have access for the full week. The hotel is well located for skiing - the lifts at Valtournenche and Cervinia are within around a 30 min very scenic drive. We would also like to give a special mention to Guja and her staff for the way they looked after us when our daughter unfortunately slipped and broke her front teeth. Even though this happened at a time of year when many people were on holiday, Guja took us straight to the village doctor and then arranged us an appointment with a dentist recommended by a friend of hers the following day. This was a stressful time, particularly of course for our daughter, and the care and consideration of the team at the hotel was an enormous help, allowing us to continue enjoying our holiday. A final point - if you have the chance to stay at the Maison Tissiere over New Year - do! The team made a huge effort and threw a great party for all the guests - complete with a wonderful banquet, DJ, fireworks, not to mention the glitter scattered all over the floor which apparently takes till March to remove fully! Thank you very much Maison Tissiere - we hope to return one day!

We randomly chose this hotel on our way down south, thinking about staying just two nights but we prolonged our stay because it is such a good place to stay. Friendly (very), good food , stunning views and an ideal area for hikes. We will come back next year for a longer stay !

We booked here because we wanted to be near the Matterhorn and the Swiss side was triple the fee per night. The views are amazing, the staff attentive and kind. We booked massages and the sauna. It was extremely relaxing and they were phenomenal with our service dog. We will be back.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. Lovely rooms, great space and incredible views but mostly extremely friendly staff. We stayed here over new years primarily for skiing and Guja arranged all our airport transfers and had staff available to drive us to and from the ski resorts at our chosen times. Roberto and Vincenzo were exceptional servers during breakfast and dinners, very friendly and went over and above to make our stay comfortable, as did Joseph. Thank you all at Maison Tissiere, we hope to be back soon!

Unique location, clean rooms, and excellent service. However, it is an old building and all sounds echo. It was loud at night where we stayed in room 5, due to its location near the kitchen and stairs. I would stay here again, but definitely request a different room.
