Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.

This is a great getaway spot. Super romantic, the views are AMAZING, and the spa is super enjoyable. The breakfast service is really good and as for the dinner service I highly recommends to get a reservation as soon as you book your stay, it can get really busy. I cannot wait to go again.

Solid room, okay gym, great staff. Never going to be a fan of ' place charging extra to use their facilities - the pool/sauna - and it is sad to have such good facilities barren as a result

The town is quiet and cozy, very beautiful. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the cathedral and guarding an ancient pedestrian street. I was not familiar with the town, but when I arrived at the hotel, I felt that it was better than expected. St. Vincent is full of vacation cars. Parking is convenient in the underground garage of the church opposite the hotel, 4.5 euros per day....

I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. I do not know it need to book before coming to use but hotel staff recommend another place to go but need to pay 50 euro per person No toothbrush and shaver

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the owner and staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. The private wellness area is a great bonus — for €25 per person (1.5 hours) you can enjoy it just for yourselves, which we really appreciated. I stayed 7 nights in this hotel with my family. Its a small hotel but very clean. Ample items at breakfast time to choose from. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in perfect location to visit nearby locations in Aosta. It is situated in a small village.

Spacious renovated hotel. Big spa with no many people. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast (best croissants ever 😍) Free parking. 40 min from the Cervinia ski lift The main disappointment is the restaurant . Worst dining experience we had in Saint Vincent. All dishes were very very ordinary…even don’t believe the Chef is Italian. The prices correspond 5 star hotel. Go to the village and try other options...

We had 1 night in the hotel and enter in a thermal spa for 4 hours through Groupon, great deal.The hotel's in the city center in a storical building, so the interior is in a vintage style, all furniture made of real wood, so don't wait something super modern and fashion, in addition the bathroom is big and modern. The stuff is gentle and friendly, also you can reserve a car parking direct in a hotel...

Great family hotel! This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center. Positives and negatives Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The hotel was easy to find and close to the highway. It is centrally located with close proximity to the centre restaurant/shop area. Also close to the casino. The reception/front desk staff were very accommodating during check in and very helpful explaining the parking options. The breakfast buffet staff was also attentive.

Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures.
