Very friendly service! Such a warm welcome for me and my dog. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Sound proof doors. Bed was comfortable but on floor. Restaurant was awesome (duck ala orange).

More like a 3 star hotel. Carefull, gym and outdoor pool closed in September 24. Hot tub and finish sauna do not work. The indoor swimming pool and staff are nice. Would be worth approximately 75e/night in my opinion.

Good hotel, worthy of 3 stars, wifi doesn't work in some areas, as it is a large building full of walls, the TV doesn't work on the channels, the outdoor pool area is very good, good breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel on our arranged holiday with interski. The friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us and our children from the minute we arrived. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. A pleasant family run hotel, that has a swimming pool and rooms which are semicircular due the whole building being circular. The decor is dated but the staff are friendly. We went as part of ski party and found the food at times great but then cold with some strange menu items.

Very nice place with a nice view of the Alpes. Very cozy rooms, super clean. The breakfast was a little bit simple but very useful.

I am really not sure about what to say about this place. My room was average. I liked the fact that there was a bath in my room, and I used it twice. The lavatory was OK, but the door would only stay shut if you actually locked it. The shower was poor and needed replacing. The food was questionable. The pasta and lasagne were glorious. Nice enough, nothing special. Family run, with good views of the Aosta Valley and a nice roof top terrace but it is far from any local facilities apart from a good pizzeria next door, so a car would be advisable. (There is a decent sized free car park). Has a good swimming pool. Rooms are OK, shower very weak, beds nice and firm. There is a Bar downstairs but the hours seemed variable. Food was ok

We stayed for a few days in this hotel. It is located in an excellent location, very quiet, but just a few minutes drive from Aosta. A very neat and clean, small family-run hotel on a mountainside with a beautiful view over Aosta. Very laid back and relaxed. The hotel is very modern and stylish on the inside and the breakfast is also very good. I would only recommend staying if you have a car.

I didn't stay in the hotel, if that's an option. We ate in the restaurant, which had delicious food. It was really loud, though; it was hard for me to follow conversations in the atmosphere. But the food was nice! Standard traditional Italian fare.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Had a fantastic stay, nice small hotel right in the town centre, very convenient.

Although this hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking space, yet the 6euro parking lots nearby are a perfect option, it makes us like local and it mean so much to us just being fewer days to live like a local. Breakfast buffet were a good option if you want get on you outing sooner. We very happy with our stay.

When I booked the hotel at ******* I paid a supplement for breakfast, but when I checked in I was told that breakfast was not included and had to pay extra for it.

Large and clean room. The owner is a friendly person and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He gave us excellent advice on places to visit, also telling us the history. Hotel very close to the center, easily reachable on foot. Great price.

I really loved the design, and the location is just amazing. You have the railway station close by and the ice cream shop if you want to go and get an ice cream. Unfortunately the food was a bit cold but the cake was ok. The room was nice even tho the TV was small it worked very well and it had good graphics. The service was ok not the best but ok. When I arrived after a long difficult train journey a member of the staff was rude to me at check in, making comments about my belly. When I asked about an elevator I was told there was none and I could use the stairs to work off some weight. Who says that to a paying customer? I stayed there for just one night, the room is very clear, the bathroom very spacious. The view from the hotel leaves you out speechless. I'm giving just three stars instead of five because the staff (except a person) was not so kindly with us three. They offer the storage of your luggages for free also during the day you have to leave.

I walked in at 8 at night with no reservation. Was given a lovely double room and access to the garage to store my motorbike for 90 euros total. Had a great steak dinner in the restaurant, maybe a tiny bit overpriced, but very good and left happy the next morning.

Stayed at the Hotel Express Aosta during a ski holiday at the end of the 2025 season. The rooms were excellent for the price and serviced daily. All staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel manager (Giovanni) was an excellent host who was very keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Excellent structure with bright, very clean, spacious 4-star rooms. Optimal location a stone's throw from the highway, in front of a shopping center and a fuel station that also supplies methane and LPG. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent quality / price ratio.

Good traditional hotel with nice gardens. Good sized rooms. Air conditioned. Free parking.

Big rooms, all of them have balcony with great view on Aosta and the mountains around. Very close to the lift for Pila to go to ski. Breakfast is not that big but it’s good enough. Andrea from the staff was very friendly and gave advice on where to go for dinner and ski rental. The hotel is not meant for skiers but it worked fine for us.

A friendly and helpful hotel. Located by the road but I was not bothered by it. The surroundings are beautiful! My room was clean and I have no complaints for this affordable rate. Breakfast could have had less sweets and instead some more choices like eggs and diverse bread. Several fruits to choose from! In all a good experience

This was a lovely find. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stayed longer. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. We ate in the restaurant and again staff were excellent explaining all the options. The main course was cooked and served at our table which was a nice touch. Nice hotel in the middle of Atosa. Nice spacious bedroom, good breakfast. Limited reserved parking, no charging for EVs. However you can park on the street at your own risk or there’s a garage about 2 blocks away.

Good hotel Surprised at the good internal quality of the hotel. Sometimes had to wait outside as reception was closed while staff had to attend to other duties. Impressive with security, but I was kept waiting! Room was large and excellent! Loved the modern art look !
