This is a great getaway spot. Super romantic, the views are AMAZING, and the spa is super enjoyable.
The breakfast service is really good and as for the dinner service I highly recommends to get a reservation as soon as you book your stay, it can get really busy.
I cannot wait to go again.

Amazing luxury hotel! The whole stay felt super high-end. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfy, and the view from the pool was absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back!

We were disappointed with the service, even though the hotel itself meets the standards of its category. At check-out, the hotel attempted to charge us over 100 euros in additional fees, with no justification. When we pointed this out, the front desk claimed it was a "mistake." Whether it was an error or a deliberate attempt, such incidents should not occur in a hotel of this class. I suggested that guests should sign off on all charges for transparency, but the receptionist replied that it wasn't necessary. This kind of attitude towards guests is disappointing and simply unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as premium.

Spacious renovated hotel. Big spa with no many people. Attentive staff. Nice breakfast (best croissants ever 😍)
Free parking. 40 min from the Cervinia ski lift
The main disappointment is the restaurant . Worst dining experience we had in Saint Vincent. All dishes were very very ordinary…even don’t believe the Chef is Italian. The prices correspond 5 star hotel. Go to the village and try other options(Rosa Bianca is amazing !)

Best value for money. Excellent service, 5 star accomodation and reception. Friendly environment with a crew focus on details and to ensure the experience to customers

Had a 4-night stay here in June 2024. The hotel itself & rooms were good, but staff/service not up to 5star level.. in the front desk, commumicating in English seemed a bit problematic from time to time.
We had to leave early on our last day & had only 15min time for a quick breakfast - unfortunately the lady at the restaurant "kicked" everyone out & opened the doors 5min after 7..which normally wouldn't be a problem, but we were short on time that morning. Also even they opened, some things were missing (coffee etc.), which is quite crucial in the morning.. for some reason the breakfast staff seemed almost angry/upset/unwelcoming (apart from one lovely lady, who asked us about coffee etc., which should be the standard level of sercive in a prestigious establishment like this one).

Before you come here, you must know that you are coming *to the neighborhood*.
The area of the hotel is *huge*. I think they should hand out a map to every guest that arrives.
The road to the casino, for example, Labyrinth.... . Large, spacious and clean rooms with a well-equipped shower. After you have learned to control the remote control of the room, everything becomes easy. The breakfast is perfect, but does not change, the staff is charming, efficient and friendly. Dinner at an expensive price in my opinion, was ok, nothing more. The spa services cost money, but the unclear thing is, why getting a hiding place in the shade by the pool costs 25 euros per person? The outdoor pool is nice and heated and there is an excellent jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. Just don't forget to take a map of the site.... We will definitely go back there again.

The hotel is very nice, very elegant, the spa area is really beautiful, but the service is really not good, The stuff is very arrogant, and the weather is fine, but we got no seats for the Sun chair, I just no service on the terrace in front of the hotel, The ladies in the wellness center are great And the massages are the best I ever had
