Fantastic location, in the heart of the quaint area and yet near parking, which it’s important for luggage. Great host family running the place. They will help you with anything. Perfect place to stay in every respect.
Great place to stay in Alberobello.
The best accommodation in Alberobello
Probably the best accommodation I've ever stayed in on holidays. Family run and nothing was too much trouble. Home baking and delicious homemade jam included with breakfast. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Property is in the middle of Alberobello but quiet at night so no problem sleeping. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Would 100% recommend staying...
Property location is very convenient to get around the small town of Alberobello. Public parking is very close. Though not an actually Trulli house, it was nestled in the neighborhood with modern facilities. The property owner didn't hesitate to walk down to the parking area when we had trouble with parking meter. He even carried our bags back to the property. Excellent service!
Breakfast was included...
Lovely building with a lot of character in the heart of Alberobello. The B&B has been lovely restored with respect to the local tradition. Very comfy bed, perfect shower, spotless clean. The roof terrace is a bonus. Being an old building Terrazza sui Trulli has a staircase and some low arches that can be a challenge if you are not very mobile. Typical Italian traditional breakfast, i.e. not savoury...
Everyone was so kind and very accommodating. Everything was perfect. Such a beautiful place and the rooftop was spectacular.

Room was spacious and nicely located only (!) when the weather is nice. We were 200 m away from the reception and restaurant. The restaurant seens to offer menu changing daily to be completed in the morning. BIG mistake. I would not advise to book the menu for sevetal nights. The dining room is very nice and so is the service but the food is average. So don't expect too much.
The masseria was absolutely perfect. It boasted a fantastic restaurant, its own nearby winery, and was just a short drive from many wonderful destinations. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the grounds were simply beautiful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Really nice place to go.
Really love it!!
Staff are super nice, room really clean, dinning food really good, Breakfast good but always the same it will be nice to get some diversity each day, but it was super good.
Nice pool to fresh you up after a long of walking in Alberobello at just 15min drive.
Love the wine and olive oil they sale.
The view is majestic.
You must try.
Arrivederci.
We recently stayed here for 6 nights in the guesthouse (with Veranda) located about 100m from the main building, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is large with air-conditioning and a fridge! The bed was very comfortable too. The location is perfect - close to all the sights in the area and about 50 mins to Matera. We ate dinner at the Masseria several times and the food was delicious, very...
Wonderful stay.
Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, lots of animals (cats, turtles, sheep, bunnies, chickens) which was fun for my daughter. Beautiful breakfast with items the make/grow from the farm. Fresh cheeses, yougart, eggs, baked items. Also enjoyed a dinner at the property, also with delicious wine and olive oil made on site. Pool was lovely, great temperature...
Good location, beautiful place, great swimming pool, nice breakfast, friendly and helpfull staf.

A beautiful masseria, consisting of charming tastefully decorated trolley buildings, immersed in green vegetation and manicured gardens, We enjoyed our stay here, as well as the quality of the facilities,Highly recommended
This was an excellent place to stay from location to the most comfortable trulli . Spotless warm beautiful decor. Lovely breakfast .So cosy. Beautiful garden area and swimming pool. An excellent place . And Sandra was so helpful and welcoming. A 100% you must stay here we will definitely be back again . Michelle & Maurizio from London
A fantastic experience, we booked last minute after two days in Alberobello and wanted some quiet time. We loved every minute and only wish we could stay longer. My two kids loved feeding the donkey over breakfast and exploring the gardens. Breakfast is served as you wish and prepare to place an order of anything.
Lovely staff on arrival and helped us hey settled in swiftly and early. Quaint location and lovely simple, peaceful pool area.
Old farmhouse style room with giant bed and a kitchenette with coffee machine. A/C works a dream.
Our stay is as close to perfect as possible. Sleeping in a trullo is a unique experience. Our apartment’s details show the thoughtfulness of our hosts. We have all the space and conveniences we wish for. The apartment is clean. We eat breakfast, which we order upon arrival for the following morning, at a communal area. Our food is very nice. Our hosts are friendly and informative. We dine for dinner...

The reception and actual rooms are in two different locations - not far away and I do appreciate how the latter is in a residential area so much quieter at night. Spacious room and really good complimentary toiletries. That olive oil shampoo is so good for my hair. The front desk staff is super helpful as well by give tips about where to eat.
A great 2 night stay in a trullo in the heart of Alberobello. Our trullo was very comfortable but a word of warning - headroom is limited in places so be careful. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant and was substantial. The staff at reception were both friendly and efficient.
Really enjoyed our stay. On arrival, you visit their office in the centre of town, and a staff member walks you to your accommodation, so you don't have to search for it! Breakfast is served in a little restaurant just across from their office. It's a simple buffet with juice, coffee machine etc - all very nice.
We were on a cycling holiday & stayed in our own little Trulli house which was lovely and private and was on a quiet street yet right in the centre of town, it was very spacious and clean. Laura on reception at the Tipico Resort was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel reception area and the little bar where the breakfast was served was only a few moments walk away from our room. Everything was...
First, the Trulli. In my opinion highly overrated experience. They look very nice from the outside, but nothing special inside. However, just as the tour books say, the town of Alberobello is filled with people...worse than Main Street Disney World, that if you want to see it better, it is a good idea to stay there as it is much more than the Trulli. But you can stay there at any other hotel...
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service we received. The staff members were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. They even helped me by arranging a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday, which added a special touch to our celebration. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued as guests!

We just arrived, the place is magnificent and the lady who welcomed us made us feel at home right away. Thank you 💜
A good place to stay in Alberobello, on the second floor of a building, with decent bedroom space and access to the kitchen and common areas, as well as a washing machine. The covered outdoor terrace is a great option. Reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the city center.
Beautiful apartment, complete with all comforts

The actual property is very nice and well kept but it is in the industrial area so you really need to be up for to a 15mims walk to arrive to the Trully area, where is all the fun happening.
Excellent hotel and services, super well located to get to know everything around, super friendly and helpful staff. They help you with everything! The restaurant and its manager are incredible for breakfast and dinner. I will return without a doubt. A luxury, thank you for this experience
The room though small is clean and comfortable, the large bed especially so. The bathroom is almost as large as the bedroom and beautifully laid out and tiled. The location is a fairly easy walk in to town and well worth the effort. Aurora showed us the best places to go to see the Trulli and about the light show and affiliated restaurants. We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was full the next...

The room was charming, well located and the staff very responsive. It is on a busy plaza so if you are sensitive to noise it might not be right for you but the noise died down at an acceptable time to me.
The description provided for this property is deceptive. We thought we were checking in to a suite at a hotel. This property is simply an apartment with two rooms that are rented to separate guests. When we used GPS to arrive at the property, there was no markings and not even the address was marked at the property. We felt like lost tourists for more than thirty minutes before Angelo arrived with...
Angelo is an excellent and welcoming host and speaks good English.
Large spacious suite accessed from a small street off the main street in the old part of the town. Well presented and spotlessly clean with good Air-Con & a large refrigerator.
Long balcony overlooks the main street and the renowned Trulli zone on the other side is a remarkable view (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It was the view that...
Alberobello and many Restaurants are very closed to the room. Everything was good 👍
An enjoyable stay
I booked this accommodation in the last minute and I was extremely satisfied with it because everything was excellent.
Loved Alberobello - little noisy early mormings
Lovely apart from bottle collections @ 6.30/7 am!
Wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast on offer locally - 1 coffe & 1 pastry

We were very happy with our stay. We arrived late and the host was very accomodating. Clean space, very convenient and walkable to city center with all the shops. Cool inside space with all conveniences of a home. Highly recommand. Parking on site with great outdoor space.
Cute traditional house in the center of the town
One of the typical houses in Trulli., very clean. Close to the main attractions of this town. It took a long time to get it to comfortable temperature. The thick solid walls needed time to warm up. Probably the room wasn't used for few days.
Amazing stay. Very much appreciated we could check in early.
Family stay
Overall good stay, but big flaw in the ad that made us think we were going to sleep in a trulli, but our room looked more like an old cellar (in the photo you can see our two modest windows).
The room was therefore very dark and damp.
If you want to sleep in a real trulli I do not recommend this accommodation.
On the other hand we did not receive a proper welcome except for a person on...
Beautiful trullo also equipped with a kitchenette (not used by us). The trullo is very nice. The managers are kind and prepared to answer everything. It has Parkin for a fee of only 7 euros. The only discordant note is the service that does not have a real shower but a 1.20 m tub where you can manage for a shower but killing the service.... Overall OK 🧡💚🩵🤍🧡
It's cheap, but...
There is no face-to-face service, and the breakfast is too simple. If you're looking for a cheap place, it can't be helped, but the shower is not good, and I was a little dissatisfied, so it's not suitable for those who want comfort.

This truillo has been expertly converted to a 2 bedroom with kitchen and patio. It has a beautiful bathroom. This unit has great character features but also modern luxury.
I stayed last Sunday with my family, the manager Antonio welcomed us with warmth and sympathy. The apartment is large, modern and well furnished. Parking is free and the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the basilica of Saints Cosma and Damiano and the sovereign trullo. I recommend it to everybody.
Location was great. The place was very nice and clean.

Clean and quaint accommodations, a bit isolated. No Wi-Fi on the first day, no solution. The croissants at breakfast were served cold.
Staying at the Trulli San Leonardo was a wonderful experience. It's a truly enchanting, peaceful, and relaxing place.
Thank you to Angela for her welcome, kindness, and availability.
Cute place, overrated, mediocre, upkeep, pool out of service. Felt like I was nickel and dimed. Not like the pictures, but still very cute. If you want the experience of living in a Trulli for a couple of days. It’s fine, any longer than that it would be confining.
Wonderfull experience to stay in a trullo
My son and I had had a wonderful experience staying in this trullo. The owners were on site and extremely helpful... very very clean and everything you could need. The owner provided with everything we needed , even laundry detergent. We had a huge enclosed back patio where we could hang our clothes to dry and suntan or eat our meals at the outside table. We...
Stunning place to stay highly recommended 👌
Property is located out of town, which is very nice if you wish to escape the heavy tourist hustle and bustle of Alberobello for a while. Rural countryside is very pretty.

We were very happy with our stay at Rosa dei Trulli B&B. Piero and Katia were very kind and accommodating when we had to reschedule our stay due to sickness of a member of the group during our trip. The place is beautiful and well looked after, a true gem just outside of Alberobello. Unmissable!
Welcomed by Bepe and son-in-law Piero to a very warm, charming, beautifully attended to and landscaped property! You get to live in a B&B in traditional housing style of Trulli dating from the 14th century, although clearly much better apportioned than historically! Very helpful with local restos and close to many attractions - thank you for a wonderful stay!
What an incredible place to stay, Very friendly, clean, private parking, which is often hard to find, and well priced. Great advice for local restaurants nearby.
La Rosa dei Trulli is a beautiful place, immersed in the countryside of the valle d'Itria. The accommodation was very comfortable and gave us indoor and outdoor option for seating during breakfast. The hosts are very gracious and friendly. The trullo was very clean and, even though, small, it provided every essential for out stay. We will definitely come back!
Recommend!
I really recommend this place! It’s a beautiful place and and a great location. The owners are friendly and helpful. The place is clean
Very unique experience of stay. The host is really kind and helpful
