Clean modern rooms, comfy beds, good shower, quiet area 10-min walk to the station and old town. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, free parking nearby. Not fancy, but spot-on value and perfect for a short Bari stay!

People are super nice and helpful. Food was OK. Location so so - 20 minutes to the city center and not very nice area…

😨. That's all I can say right now. There isn't a proper soup to wash. The shower is very uncomfortable, especially when you don't want to wet your hair. The beds are fine I guess ,but the ac doesn't cool the room like it should. The room looks very dirty

It does the job. Close to the Bari central station, and the old town. As other reviews noted, definitely old rooms and the soundproofing is an issue. But, it is cheaper option in Bari, has a free breakfast (although very simple one), and located conveniently to major landmarks and transportation. The best thing about the hotel is its people, what a wonderful staff, kind and accommodating. I wish they did a renovation, place would be gold.

Very nice budget hotel! It is not new and modern, but it is very clean, the staff is very polite and helpful and the location is very quiet. We stayed for just 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned and our sheets and towels were changed. It is also on 10 minutes walking distance from the Central station and from the old town. Great value for the money! This hotel definitely gets my full recommendations!

Really bad, I don't recommend it at all, specially now during Corona. My stay ended up being not longer than 30 min as it was so bad. First I arrive to my room and there was a gigantic cockroach in the bathroom. After going back to the reception (and yes, the staff is really friendly, probably the only positive part), they gave me another room. Once I arrive to the new room I see a used band aid on the floor, which shows clearly that the room wasn't properly cleaned. In the end I had to leave the Hotel and book something else.

The hotel has excellent quality/price ratio. Very clean and tidy. The team is very kind and helpful. Rooms are very fine for a 3 star hotel. The bathroom is also clean and has the basics. The location is excellent - very easy to access. Walls are not thin so you can enjoy silence and privacy. Breakfast also included.

Friendly staffs and walking distance to both train station and old town . They even provide disposable sleepers in the room, which is great. Wifi is very fast. Clean and spacious room and bathroom .

I stayed at the Hotel Cristal in February 2017. I enjoyed the location. It's an easy 10 minute walk to downtown or the old town. The railway station is a short walk away and around the corner is a fantastic pizzeria. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was mediocre but the cappuccinos and espressos were great. I usually had a couple before setting out.
The rooms itself were OK. All rooms I saw had a balcony, and the floors were tiled. No filthy carpets.
They have a parking garage, which was helpful. It did cost extra.
Next time I'm in Bari I would gladly stay here again.
