Booked a suite overlooking the hotels little garden and beyond. Very quiet but right near the walls of Lecce so easy walking into the very busy centre. Breakfast was served as a buffet downstairs which was excellent. All in all a great two days in Lecce.

As mentioned by others it’s very overrated by those from the west who don’t have taste. Impossible to park. Parking is a fable. “Breakfast” was a crumb and a tiny apology for coffee. Unsafe shared room entry with some dude trying our door. Poor maintenance and management left in untrained family hands. Complain and you will experience great hostility. Watch and see!

Great place at a great location Amazing place, great location, highly recommended. The apartment we had was on the floors. The kitchen and living room were downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. TVs on both floors. Very reliable high speed internet. Short walk to the old city and all the restaurants.

Great! Very spacious and luxerious appartment. Very clean. Right in the center of Lecce. All interesting places on walking distance. Great breakfast was included with every day delicious local pastrys. The host and staff were very friendly and took their time to explain the possible sighseeings. A real recommendation. Only small critism? The wifi got quite a lot of drop outs.

This B&B is in the most perfect location for visiting Lecce. About a 3 minute walk from the gates into the old town in a quiet side street. We had prebooked the parking in their underground garage. Sarah was absolutely charming and helpful and brought our breakfast to our room each morning. The rooms are very airy and clean and the shower super powerful.

Price does not match the hotel conditions. Bathroom is not clean and does not have bare necessities. At the end, it’s not a hotel, it’s a bed and breakfast option. You have to check in before 9pm, or they will charge extra. Parking is nightmare.

This place felt like a hidden gem right by Porta Napoli of Lecce. Martina was incredibly helpful and super friendly. Truly a fantastic, intimate, and beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Lecce. Our room had a very comfy bed, luxurious rainfall shower, and we had a nice patio shared with one other room. Martina and Carmen were so kind and made our 3 night stay feel like home, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely! We can’t wait to return.

Carmen met us upon arrival, saw to ensure a yummy breakfast, and was simply an amazing help for our stay! Lecce is beautiful and having a place easily accessible so we could walk about and explore and then rest in such a beautiful space, we couldn't be more grateful! We are 2 couples traveling in Puglia and made the right choice in staying here! The hosts were amazing, our rooms were great, breakfast was good but the terrace was the best part! Every evening of our stay we had the whole terrace to ourselves, enjoyed a bottle of wine, some music and just the views. Would recommend this location over and over again

Loved our 2 nights here. Pulled up outside (be careful, the hotel is in a restricted area and we shouldn't have done this) and Simona came down and helped us with our bags. Luckily there is a lift to the second floor. We then moved our car and parked about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Using the Easypark App parking here was about €7 a day. Stayed in a suite. The room was beautiful. The shower was the biggest I've seen. Very nice shower experience. I missed breakfast but Christian still made us coffee and provided some pastries for us to eat on the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. Thank-you Christian for a wonderful stay

We left a bag in the taxi on the trip from the hotel to the railway station & the receptionist was extremely helpful & sorted it out.

It is a place very close to the historic center, you can park in the surroundings. The room with perfect mini kitchen and bathroom. Perhaps a little musty smell that could be avoided with bowls of salt. The truth is that the attention was great and the place beautiful, prepared with care and care.

There is nothing special to say about the rooftop bar. Yes, it has a view but not spectacular. The only thing that was spectacular was the price of a cocktail at 25 Euro each. The entrance to the building is magnificent but you can just see that from the street.

Excellent location just outside Centro storico. Restaurants galore although note that on weekends reservations a must. Owner was very friendly picking us up and dropping us at the train station while offering advice on restaurants, etc.
